In a BBC programme about Oppenheimer creating the nuclear bomb. One of the profs at the university where I worked was involved in that work, he did a presentation on it and a few of us acted as the (not understanding the maths in any way, shape or form) audience

Local news- talking about a local fun day, and especially how I enjoyed the bouncy castle. The news on the other channel was talking about how the bouncy castle had blown away after we had left and some children had been injured

Collecting for Children In Need over 35 years ago. Colleagues and I went out and about in our city centre with collection tins in the days before it was all studio based.A camera crew were in one of the streets and about to broadcast live and we got picked out the crowd to tell everyone about our fundraising efforts.
Commonwealth games 2014. Was a spectator in the front row and was caught on camera very briefly a couple of times.

In the audience for a TV show. I joked to my friends in the queue, "don't pick your nose, you know what will get filmed!". And yep, there I was, filmed in the audience, fiddling with my nose just after I'd had a big sneeze!
