I watched for 10 minutes: the beekeeper was nice, all downhill from there. Must we have bows on everything? Also her jars are very 1983 it's weird, the range look is so reminiscent of Duchy.
She'd be better off doing RHOC.

I think she is presenting herself as being a hostess who is very thoughtful towards her guests but she spoke quite rudely to the friend who called her Meghan Markle - I think the friend looked a bit taken back. My friends from years ago would sometimes refer to me by my maiden name and it wouldn't bother me in the slightest. She could have said it in a jokey way but didn't. Also not the most 'feminist empowerment' of moves to drop your own surname.

My take on it so far: she is really very pretty and it’s all really quite nice, if in a bit of a twee American kind of way.

It’s an easy watch. There isn’t much to be offended by or angry about at all, although I’m sure some people will be quite worked about it, as they always seem to be where she is concerned.

Is it for sure that Netflix have dropped them? I've heard different sides.

I do wish MN would give us a yawn reaction.

Maybe if the silly woman grew up a bit and stopped trying to show us what a wonderful saint person she is and just got on with her life she might be more respected. Instead she's constantly in our faces and can't seem to grasp the fact that the majority of people are not at all interested in her fatuous life.

I think its the blatant narcissism.

My favourite bit was when Uncle Daniel said the cake reminded him of Meghan’s wedding cake.

I agree with you with the “oddly comforting” vibe! It’s just easy background and a nice change from fast paced boxsets. I’d also like to have my own bees and make candles! All this looks like fun to be honest and I’d like to spend a day doing the type of activities she is doing 😁

You don’t have to watch the show and you certainly don’t have to click on threads that you can see are about her. And I doubt that you are bumping into Meghan socially… so, where is it that you are seeing her all the time?

You can't really feel pity for her when she called the royal family racist, cut off all her friends and family, constantly wears Diana clothes (and wore the same perfume as hers to strategically net Harry), left the country to then majorly cash on on the royal title, wears clothes worth tens of thousands to charity events and impoverished countries, lied about 40 times during the Oprah interview, 'disaster tourists' after the fires, advocating environmentally friendly stuff and then using ONLY private jets, walking in front of veterans in the parade, elbowing people out the way... these are just a few things.

And now she's monetising the kids gradually...

I would pay good money to hear Uncle Daniel and Cody’s bitch fest when he got home with his grounding beeswax candle. I bet it was glorious.

I really wanted to like it, but I just can't get into it. It just feels a bit too awkward and fake.

If reviews pick up I might try again but I just felt a bit disappointed.

Her surname isn’t even Sussex is it? She’s an embarrassment to the county & people of Sussex.

I think whoever let that clip stay in doesn't like Meghan very much 😬. It reflects poorly on her.

Honestly, I tried to be unbiased and switched it on. Literally lasted 5 minutes as it was dull and totally pointless.
In fact that should be her brand name.

It sounds like Netflix are fulfilling their side of the contract in the most passive aggressive way possible. Letting her create basic dishes ( arranging fruit in a rainbow or worse, moving pretzels from one plastic bag to another plastic bag!), leaving comments open on YouTube videos, leaving in awkward exchanges (eg Mindy calling her Meghan Markle) and including dialogue that makes her sound a bit dim (remember to cut a hole in a freezer bag if you're using it to pipe!). At this stage they've settled for people hate watching her otherwise they would have given her more direction.

She might be an actress but one thing she can't do is just act herself and be herself. It's so forced. I've managed about 15 mins. What a waste of time of her faffing around in the kitchen.

Her friend Delfi is desperately trying to have some fun.

Meghan won't have it.

They make a quiche and she says ‘Is it done?’ NO clearly not but she tries to bullshit it anyway and pretends she likes it runny 🤣
