The rest of the thread title

"For it's not easy to not get lipsed on the down low without someone getting lippy. Casper is still dying of cringe and Shitlid sees no way out. For we are all scrambling for our dignity, whilst watching the utter mockery"

It was a joint effort by us all.

Is Sacha after a knuckle dragging meathead? She obviously just wanted to rile Ross up into a frenzy so he could go after Alex to fight for her honour..

Not really a responsible or mature way to deal with the situation

Looks like she wants that as her father probably has her mums back about everything and vice versa.
It's so funny how you can go from really liking someone to then thinking "actually youre a shit stirrer too!"

MouseMinge · 23/10/2024 22:32

I don't like Polly. I do like Sacha for sticking up for the women the other night when everything Alex was saying was nasty and threatening and completely uncalled for. Today Polly and Sacha went for him so fair play he came back at them and it's clear he knows which boxes to tick to make them rage. His fault? Not necessarily but he is more than emotionally immature. He clearly doesn't like women. He says he doesn't go for men because they don't go for him but if I remember correctly it wasn't Lacey who went for him first last night he went for her and called her a snake because she'd been open about illegal snogging. He could have kept his mouth shut but he didn't want to.

His behaviour is deeply worrying and unpleasant. It wasn't just tonight's episode. It seems that with each episode he ups the aggressiveness. Maybe it's all an act and he and Holly are playing the long game to get the drama and the screen time, but I don't think he's a good enough actor for that aggression to be nothing more than an act. It's inside him. He is not a nice person.

murasaki · 23/10/2024 22:35

The grinning would have made me go postal, to be honest. I like to think I would have removed myself from the scenario. Sacha didn't, but he knew it would work, and it very much did. He's not stupid, although he is horrible, and, i think, dangerous.

Tittat50 · 23/10/2024 21:06

Lacey's outfit is like Mel Bs in Bo Selecta

😆SO true.

Agree with a pp though that she is really gorgeous. As I have said before, her sister Paige is definitely not the better looking twin. (They're both pretty!)

Tittat50 · 23/10/2024 22:38

I agree ref Alex. Ths is a very dangerous person. He denies reality, takes no responsibility, completely unaccountable. He demonstrates a severe dislike of women. He manipulates ( the men), trying to get them on side with himself as the victim. He baits. He's threatening and intimidating with his gestures, the death stare, ' it's gonna be a madness' threats. These are very scary traits in people. He's someone who could spin a whole false narrative about someone he is actually emotionally abusing. Making himself the victim.

Nathan is not even bothered. I love it
Polly is about to explode

Nathan is in his own little Nathan land. He's better off staying there.

VictoriaSpungecake · 23/10/2024 22:40

Slept through this tonight, but just caught up with the argument.

When Sacha said that she was "above" Alex was quite troubling. I wonder if there is a bit of a racial slur implied there.

Also Holly got really angry with Alex because he voiced a truth: Adam did say that he wasn't physically attracted to her and she did have to beg for the bare minimum. Her saying that was 3 weeks ago was quite alarming. Perhaps 3 weeks is a long time in "the experiment". If someone told me that they weren't attracted to me that would be it for me. You can't convince someone that you are attractive if they don't find it so.

I don't like Alex, but it seemed to me that he put up a very good defence after being attacked by Holly and Sacha (I didn't see yesterday's episode so admittedly don't have the full picture.

murasaki · 23/10/2024 22:41

Alex is a text book gaslighter.

I'm intrigued by the Ryan and Sionainn situation. I believe her but wonder if we'll ever know what actually happened.

Nathan is in his own little Nathan land. He's better off staying there.

He seemed to just wander off for a snack at one point, and just plonk himself back down without blinking at what was going on. Bless him.

Tittat50 · 23/10/2024 22:42

@murasaki yep. This is gaslighting 101. We are only seeing a tiny glimpse of what he's capable of. There will be much more behind the scenes and this is on TV. Imagine him with no cameras.
I find it hard to believe he hasn't seriously traumatised at least one female in his life

Tittat50 · 23/10/2024 22:45

Emma is very physically attractive. When she's less Jolly Hockey sticks and less sexpest, she's endearing.

She's got it all, really. She's really pretty, seems very intelligent and successful. When this is over she should stop wasting her time with Caspar and find someone who is a match for her.

dapsnotplimsolls · 23/10/2024 22:48

She's very attractive when she's not cos-playing middle aged Home Counties Tory Wife.

dapsnotplimsolls · 23/10/2024 22:49

She needs to burn that tabard.

murasaki · 23/10/2024 22:55

Again, it was shades of the John McCrirrick/Edwina Currie wife swap episode. One lot had a lovely fun time and the other lot shouted at each other.

User364837 · 23/10/2024 22:55

I think Sacha’s lost the plot
I think Polly didn’t come out of that well
Alex started her off then just sat back and let her run and she didn’t stop!
if I’d been there I would’ve just walked out.

found all the confrontation really uncomfortable watching tonight, this series is the worst ever! Do we have a single hopeful couple? Normally there’s one at least!

im not buying Nafe and Lacey much as I like them, I don’t think he’s into it really. I bet he never dumps anyone and just waits for them to break up with him 😆

I don’t find Amy genuine at all, don’t feel like she’s being real.

VictoriaSpungecake · 23/10/2024 22:55

Also, Sacha didn't give her husband the full story. She said that Alex said he would drive past her in his 4x4, but she didn't say WHY he said that, which was in response to her saying that she was "above" him. He said she had fake jewellery after she, quite aggressively gave him the finger. She got her husband all riled up, but didn't own her part in the argument.

This programme is quite troubling. Perhaps the producers don't know what they're dealing with. This programme is a tragedy waiting to happen.

User364837 · 23/10/2024 22:57

But I won’t hear a word against Gaston, the way he phrases things is hilarious. Prison pocket 🤣

Roryno · 23/10/2024 22:57

What happened with the bin man and the Scottish girl? I thought they ok. Same for Sasha and whatshisface. It’s all getting a bit silly now.

LessonsinChemistryandLove · 23/10/2024 22:58

That was by far my favourite episode!!

so glad Alex told Polly what everyone is thinking and too top it off, she tells Adam and he doesn’t deny it 😂😂😂 she is peak delusional!

Sasha smashed it standing up to Alex but then she ruined it by crying about the photo. I’ve slightly gone off her after this episode, she seems very keen for Ross to fight for her it’s a bit weird.

Alex is a complete weirdo but interesting that they’ve obviously asked Ryan to leave for some reason but not Alex. Once again, I think the is being edited so much and I wonder if Alex just tries to act scary but actually isn’t ’doing anything’. I’m not saying his behaviour is in anyway okay but I wonder if what we see is as bad as he gets. Hence the reason why he goes for the woman and particularly vulnerable women like Holly, she an easy target for his scary act.

I really don’t want to comment on looks but Amy’s melting face is so off putting!

Ooh and Adam and Lacey looked happier than they have all series!

I’m looking forward to tomorrow!

MyOtherCarisAVauxhallZafira · 23/10/2024 23:00

The jaw clenching from Ryan when he was angry at Steven gave me alarm bells.
However he looked like he had a black eye, left eye just below the eyebrow

Sacha is redirecting her upset about Alex and how she perceives Ross hasn't had her back over that, and making it about the photo when it isn't.

beasmithwentworth · 23/10/2024 23:03

I read somewhere (assume this is ok on here now as we know they are leaving) that Ryan and S had a row and he bit her! Badly.Ties in with what he was saying about him being a completely different person behind closed doors. He has been giving sinister / man on the edge vibes for the last 4 episodes.

He was asked to leave so she had to. It was all hastily covered up with the conversations we saw tonight and s was asked to sign an NDA so none of it came out.

No idea if this is true but it certainly wouldn't surprise me.

browneyes77 · 23/10/2024 23:03

Pieandchips999 · 23/10/2024 22:11

I'm still chuckling at this. Some areas of London or the North you meet people that are quick get very worked up and mouthy but you think I reckon their bark is worth than their bite and they don't realise how aggy they are sounding. West Midlands I think hmm I feel like you mean this. Might have to drop and roll any minute 🤣

We’re a different breed here in the West Mids 🤣🤣

Tittat50 · 23/10/2024 23:08

Good point about Ryan. He's been asked to leave? But psycho revenge of the slapheads Alex hasn't?

I agree that Sacha needs to try regain composure or I will lose support. I completely understand where that came from. She definitely isn't comparable to Alex. She may however drag Ross into a situation that isn't good for him.

Amy is very one dimensional. She is very much an escapee from the Waxwork of Horrors museum; in both appearance and mental bandwidth.

All I can think about is Gaston farting on the toilet. It's all I think when confronted with someone with such disproportionate muscles.

skippy67 · 23/10/2024 23:10

I'm so happy that finally someone has stood up to Polly. Horrible woman. She had that coming, after her vile behaviour.
