Once again Channel 4 brings us a car crash scientific experiment. Singletons are matched with two potential partners - one that they would want and one that the producers science judges they need. After 48 hours of meeting, they have to move in together.
There appears to be some kind of MAFS-esque dinner party involved too.

Yeah, Jasmine living with the two guys would be a hellish scenario! Blimey that's going to be an interesting watch if it happens.

I thought that it was an extremely insensitive entrance from Jazz and new man.

I feel Jasmine mirrors the behaviour and personalities of whoever she is with. So with the first guy she was kind and quiet, with the new guy she is loud and confident like him. It can be a form of people pleasing and can leave someone open to being controlled. I'd be willing to bet that the stupid banana entrance was his idea. She probably finds it all very playful, but essentially she is going along with whatever he says.

I liked when Mo gave Lloyd a talking-to, he wasn't quite such the big man in front of Mo.

Danica seems to want to have it all - Mo, and also Lloyd.

Yes I agree with you on that one. Good point! I feel/ felt so sorry for her former match (still can't recall names) . Yes I also think Mike will go for 2nd lady.

Jaz - she feels she can't be herself with Matt, he was telling her to be more ladylike. But she's similar to Jack. She will go for Jack.
Zaralena I find very irritating, like she's constantly performing. Such a pretty girl and oh my goodness she knows it, eyeing herself up in every reflective surface. Surprised she likes fist bloke more than second. Clearly sees this as a springboard to her wider media-based career. Stick to insta, would you? I'm not on there.
Brodie - cannot believe she is only 26. She looks decades older.
Danika - silly, very silly. She will go off with the DJ picker, they'll have a fling, she'll probably get pregnant and then dumped. Mo looked like a decent bloke especially when he told DJ picker to shit or get off the pot, but interestingly the DJ picker did not end it with Danika, just said they should concentrate on their partners.
Mike - found Kelly too needy. Because she is so obviously DESPERATE, and the tearful running-out of the restaurant will have confirmed his view that she will be Hard Work. He's probably shagged both, but wants Danielle. For now.
Dan (?) - is he ready for a relationship? Or did he just get up close with the teacher because he felt he had to?
It amazes me that a teacher and a teaching assistant (Jaz) would go on this show.
DJ picker (is it Lloyd?) - he just wants to shag everyone and keep building his tally. Does he have a list somewhere?

I believe this is 10 episodes long
3 next week?
Reunion at the end for the 10th?

I binged watched the first 6 episodes. This programme is brutal ! I wonder how much they knew they were signing up to at the beginning in terms of the producers creating the love triangle? I assume they knew but some are acting like it’s a massive surprise to them

When the 'triangles' start living together I would think that Lloyd's new girl(can't remember her name) and Brodie will find a common interest and gang up on him. Lloyd's new pickee doesn't seem all that enamoured with him, in fact when they were laying on the couch together at the end of episode 6, I thought she looked turned off by him and uncomfortable with his proximity.

Have been trying to find out how I can watch the Aussie version-they are a couple of seasons in-anyone know how?

How on earth is Kelly going to live with Danielle and Mike? What do they do - take them out on dates separately? Do we know this is definitely the 'twist'?

I agree it's fantastic viewing but I also feel so bad for sone of them. Yes Kelly's insecurities even before Danielle was on the scene were making Mike feel pressured, and she's obviously the most sensitive person there...

but equally it sounds like there is a back story (I'm always 2nd best, she's running out of time to have kids.. and I would expect years of awful OLD etc) so I just don't think she can tolerate it. Some parts are painful to watch. I think Matt will bounce back more quickly - but Jess flipped so quickly too.

The people who I don't feel for are less interesting to watch but it's less painful!

How much do you think they really like each other and how much is it about either their ego or wanting to reassure themselves that they are attractive? Especially with it being on tv. Surely after a few days they can’t actually “love” each other ?
