This is right up my street, I'd love to watch with someone (husband only option but he'll think it's tosh - me too but I like that kind of thing 😂) but this thread will make up for that.

Wuthering Heights was such a random choice (unless the bonding over 'not getting it' is necessary) that it made me think there had to be some parallel coming in the story. Not sure what that could be tbh!

I watched Cold Call with SL recently and she went all vigilante after being scammed so I wonder if that's coming here, although more likely banding together with other scammees as mentioned before...

They should have made the Estate Agent an unknown actor. Because of course we'll now all be wondering what else Mr Tikaram will be doing in the story.

He wants her to just come home and forget all about it, “we’ll support you and look after you for a bit”etc, putting the doubt in her mind that it’s due to whatever happened to her before (some kind of breakdown or something perhaps?) and then in the preview for next week he’s over in Cyprus determined to get her home and away from digging about anymore. After she’s phoned home and left a voicemail to her daughter (who no doubt told her dad) saying she thinks there’s more than just her and she’s going to get her money back.
