I couldn't see another thread, is anyone watching? I thought the opening pro number was fabulous, loved the skate through London.

Will be interesting to how it is with Stephen and Holly, they seemed relaxed together when he stood in for Phil.

So glad he was good. Really like the Thomas brothers.

I missed some but overall I was really impressed Greg and Ryan were great - and Ryan is every bit as lovely and fun as his brother

And I think Holly looks happy and having Stephen there seems to be helping her - it can't be easy to come back after her family facing threats

I haven’t watched it for a few years when I stopped knowing who any of them are, I’m going to look and see if I know any of them before committing to watch, sounds like there are some well known names this year!
I don’t watch soaps or much in the way of reality tv like love island, strictly or towie etc and the last few years looked like they had quite a few that I’d never heard of.
I was also irritated by the presenters 😂

Competitive adult figure skater here - enjoyed the skating tonight. Ryan did well, especially coming back from that fall in training. Liked Amber, and think she's got potential. Greg was really good - twizzles aren't easy so popping one of them in there in week one? I'm impressed, and he has my attention!

Respect to ALL of them though, it's SUCH a difficult sport, and there's the complete spectrum of ability in the line up.

Stephen... I'm not sure, he's a bit much at times but hopefully he calms down and stops trying so hard.

Yeah the adverts are annoying. Perhaps next week I’ll just start watching a bit later and fast forward all the adverts.

I didn’t see it at all. I think she looked scared witless, and stumbled once, but it wasn’t remarked on. I was really shocked at her good marks.

Greg was amazing, did so many manoeuvres by himself. I’d have put him ahead.

Ryan and Greg for me . I thought Stephen was nervous and some of the 'jokes' were cringeworthy but Holly seemed more relaxed with him, Last year I had to record and ff through the presenter bits ( and all the ads) but will give it another week live!

Which soap was this Thomas brother in? Is he the one from Corrie?

As for Stephen and Holly, I quite like it. It was getting a bit too bland with Phil but he adds a bit of light heartedness and Holly seems to be more bearable.

I think it said he's the Corrie one.

I'm not a fan of Holly but glad to see her back on TV as she absolutely didn't deserve the horror she has gone through so glad it's not completely derailed her career.

Hoping Stephen calms down next week too.

I’ll be watching on the strength of last nights episode. I thought it got off to a good start.
I’m not a soap or a dedicated This Morning viewer, but on the strength of the times I have watched Holly on television, I thought she seemed to have ‘grown into herself.’
I realise that seems a strange thing to say about a woman in her 40’s, but when presenters have to fit around the personality of a markedly more opinionated TV partner, they can’t be the person they more naturally are.
I feel the same way about Susanna Reid, now she is not co presenting with Piers Morgan.

I did too - I much preferred that. And I agree with another PP - Stephen Mulhern was trying a bit too hard. Hopefully he'll be better once he calms down a bit. 🌹

Tbf Amber Davis is much more a west end star - she was very good when I saw her in back to the future and is/was dating a fellow west end star

i liked Ricky Hatton but he rightly was in the bottom. Don’t warm to Hannah Spearritt at all

Loved it. Holly and Stephen are old friends from back in the day when they presented Ministry of Mayhem together. I thought Holly looked lovely and quite relaxed and I really liked Stephen already. They are a good pairing. Roxy, Hannah and the Thomas brother were my favourites. Poor Ricky, a bit Bez like but he's taking it seriously and really tried.

Viewers don't generally warm yi Love Islanders trying to claim another career. After that hideous incident last year when another LI crawled onbthr ice wear a see through catsuit 🤮at least they covered this Amber one up.

I enjoyed last night. Greg should of scored higher. He was robbed. Amber might of had lovely lines, but she didn’t skate on her own! Ricky was really dodgy, but he skated on his own, so l think he should of been given higher scores. The Men apart from Ricky were really good last night. I am looking forward to next weeks celebrities.
