Will it be a traitor in the kitchen with a poisoned chalice?

Thinking about it, they are together 12 hours a day, at least. We see about 30 minutes of free time if you take out the round table and mission. We see a tiny amount of their interactions.

A "signal" in the wider sense doesn't have to be a gesture, it could be anything - an item of clothing or jewellery, saying something "normal" like "I wonder what Claudia's got in store for us today?" etc. It just has to be agreed beforehand, and there's no way the crew or anyone watching could possibly know.

I think it might come out if there is a “wheel of truth” type challenge

Surely they must have had a plan in place for a scenario where one of them was a traitor? If they want to win between them then it doesn't matter if they are faithful or traitor but that they don't get killed, banished or discovered.

Ok, hear me out. I've just rewatched them reading the task, and the wording is ambiguous - so the producers could easily say that the night was already through when he handed it to Diane.

Secondly, it says before the night is through, you must decide who to murder, and give them the poisoned chalice. It doesn't say they must be murdered before the night is through.

If the producers don't want her gone, they'll have a way to save her.

BUT, since it was filmed ages ago, it might not have occurred to the producers that Diane would be so talked about - and therefore maybe didn't care much whether she was murdered, so potentially didn't even consider saving her! Maybe we're just reading too much into it

I'm sure the producers will try to engineer a 'reveal', knowing how juicy last year's was.

And just for the reminder of the cutest reaction to any task...

if Diana was banished rather than being murdered, she could reveal that she does have a son in the camp, even if she doesn’t reveal names.

I’m surprised that no one has clocked that Ross has lived in the same town as Diane, unless they’ve been cunning.

I also thought that Dianne and Ross could easily reveal what camp they were in by a casual choice of word etc. However, Diane does look like she’s now suspicious of her son.

Well the last one was half way through so I’m guessing another 2 weeks of 3 episodes.

Wasn't it Diane who picked up something on Harry's breathing when he was first picked? Obviously seems to have forgotten now, but she was also pretty set on Ash for a few episodes.

We’ve just rewatched episode 6 and are seeing some potential in the theory someone mentioned that Mollie (insta blonde) could be Andrew’s daughter… or maybe we just like that idea and are entertaining ourselves with the prospect.

They're the ones you want. They didn't have them in the first series. I haven't watched the first two - just realised one of them has the muppet from the couple last year!

I listened to the Shrine podcast today and they said they had a tip off that there's an even bigger cliffhanger on Wednesday.

My guess is one or maybe two traitors up for banishment, possibly Paul & Miles? If Jaz rallies the group against Paul, and Paul decides to target Miles.

It'll probably be something completely different though!

Some of them really do seem lost as to where to start working things out! A good strategy would be to reflect on who Ash voted for the first few times (I can’t remember who that was now!). They now know Ash was a traitor, and it’s pretty much a guarantee that her first few votes would have been for faithfuls (as traitors wouldn’t turn on each other so early in the game). So that would give them some pretty solid information to go on and they could effectively eliminate those people from their suspicions.
