I liked the idea I heard earlier on a podcast that the chalice drinking could actually be inducting a new traitor rather than killing off a faithful. Failing that I really hope Diane didn't drink from that tarnished piece of scrap metal...she either decanted to a proper glass, gave the drink to someone else, or the clock struck before chalice and Diane's shrewd teaching lips met the metal.

I am so bloody invested in this now!

New thread needs a snappy title, do we mention the chalice of malice....three look hopelessly in a library...or something with Jazatha Christie!

Yah I think they’ve made a mistake on the scheduling tbh, they should have it on Fri, Sat & the BBC Two follow up on Sunday to cover the weekend.

I was going to go with “Save, Banish, Kill” as a title but I like the chalice of malice, with a question mark perhaps.

Or when shall we three met again as a nod to them being in the library as you mentioned but also Macbeth, which they had to find.

The fact they were going to be spending a lot of time in the library as a main traitor challenge would’ve been pre planned by production from the start, with multiple cameras etc, whether they were fixed or operated (I’m also ex production/media).

I also agree weird that nobody else seemed to spot the three of them either plotting outside or in the library! Outside with the fire burning as a backdrop wasn’t an impromptu accident.

Maybe someone did see them plotting outside but we didn't see them see them 🤔

No spoilers @Twonewcats but on the US one everyone has an established reputation from a different show, and if looks like they've done the same for series 2

I watched the first US one - odd mix of slebs and civilians.

There was one I had an absolute aversion to having been pissed off by her somewhere else
