Insta blonde - Scottish - vet nurse. Evie
Semi brushed Blonde - Model. Mollie
Unbrushed blonde - Bristol! - mental health worker. Charlie

Thank you!!! they are all blending in together a bit for me as they don’t say much at banishment time.
I’m not a Diane fan reminds me too much of a nippy I’m always right teacher type , but it would be more boring without her so hope she doesn’t drink from the “ poisoned” chalice.
Think Paul just dropped Harry in it with his chat to Jazz who has him sussed,I hope Harry not in danger I’d like him to win.
Ant’s reaction to finding out about Harry in the after show was very funny!

TroglodytesTroglodytes · 13/01/2024 09:04

Surely Zack saw the three traitors talking outside? It wouldn’t have just been those but plus someone holding a camera and another holding one of those massive microphones.

Casimira · 13/01/2024 09:04

lemonsaretheonlyfruit · 13/01/2024 08:56

Oooh interesting theory @Casimira . I hadn't thought of that. If that was the case then what he said makes more sense, and Paul is clever.

Also very risky on his part but he also strikes me as a risk taker.. and doesn't mind throwing Harry under the bus at the same time!

I know we don't know if the episode was filmed over one day or two, but the fact Paul also said that Harry had told him "last night" would seem like a nod to the traitors' turret.

It'd also explain to Jaz why Paul said at the round table it was the "psychic" (sorry, forgotten her name already!) who'd told him, but was now truthfully saying it was Harry.

AnImaginaryCat · 13/01/2024 09:05

Sarvanga38 · 13/01/2024 08:58

I presume the one on camera bits (don't know what they are called - video diary sessions) are done in the castle. How else could Miles, Paul and Harry have been asked by the production team to go into the room to read the murder in plain sight task?

Are all the murdered not getting their letters on the same yellow chair in the same room, even though it's kind of set to look as if they get it when they go to their room at night? Assume they go in to the diary room and find the letter.

Yes. Depending on where it is it changes when the traitors knew about their task.

If it's at the hotel then they knew in advance of the drinks (therefore more time to prepare and wouldn't noticeable change behaviour after they found out.)

If it's at the castle and they where asked to go into the room during drinks, then the task is more challenging for them.

Changingplace · 13/01/2024 09:07

Casimira · 13/01/2024 08:54

Yeah, I felt the Paul-Jaz chat was Paul's way of telling Jaz he IS a traitor and so is Harry.

"Let's look out for each other in our different roles. 'Think' of me as a faithful, ie don't voice suspicions against me, and I won't murder you. You help me off Harry, then I'll recruit you."

Or am I crediting the players with too much intelligence again?

Interesting theory, kind of a threat that Paul knows he knows but doesn’t have the backing so will get murdered if he carries on, risky but potentially true!

Bargello · 13/01/2024 09:08

Having been an extra on other stuff, there is always SO much hanging around when filming. Agree that even in September in Scotland it's not getting pitch dark until 8pm ish so unless they kept them there until the early hours of the morning there is no way they did the graveyard mission, the round table AND the poisoned chalice on the same day. Most likely the graveyard was done in the evening, then they all went to bed and back the next day for round table banishment in the morning/afternoon, then the secret task in the evening. We are told the banishment is in the evening but it really could be at any time of the day.

BaconAndAvocado · 13/01/2024 09:11

Who the hell is Evie?!? Can’t for the life of me picture her!

The ones that stay under the radar can do well.

Really interesting theory re Paul’s chat with(bullying of) Jaz.

Would really, really love to see Paul go......SOON.

MotherofGorgons · 13/01/2024 09:12

Can't wait to see Anthony losing his shit on Traitors Uncloaked!

I don't think Paul' "slip" to Jaz "Think of me as faithful" was a slip. It was an incentive.

BaconAndAvocado · 13/01/2024 09:13

Anthony was seething!

The blonde woman from Inverness x

Twonewcats · 13/01/2024 09:46

Uncloaked is fantastic - I LOVE seeing them find out who the Traitors are.
Anthony was lovely on it - again, I think a lot of his nippyness/snapping was editing to make it seem like he was always like that, but actually he seemed lovely - and very, very handsome

TellingBone · 13/01/2024 10:02

Nesbi · 12/01/2024 16:45

I think although some quieter individuals are ignored, it’s also worth remembering that at this stage banishing Traitors is a bit of a side show - it is no more useful than banishing Faithfuls.

All everyone needs to focus on is making sure that they personally don’t get banished. Other than that it doesn’t really matter if the person who goes is a Faithful or a Traitor, it still gets you one step closer to the prize.

Getting rid of Traitors rather than Faithful only becomes really important in the end game when there are just a few players left. For the sake of the show though they have to make it seem really important right from the start, as if getting rid of a Faithful is a failure. It isn’t - it is a success for everyone else who survives to fight another day!

You could even argue it is better to keep the original Traitors in the game for a long as possible. It seems like newly recruited traitors may have an advantage as they know what it is like to be Faithful and build those relationships. New recruits might be even more dangerous and harder to identify.

Yes. This is the key to being successful in this game. Guessing a traitor is akin to cutting a head off the hydra - another grows in its place. Only if they weren't able to recruit would it be important.

I hope Harry wins this - he's been brilliant. I don't believe those tears for Jonny were genuine - in fact when the camera followed him outside I was half-expecting him to sneakily wink at us all over his shoulder. 😂

MotherofGorgons · 13/01/2024 10:24

I think Miles put a target on his back by standing on the wall, then chuntering around the library ( can he and Harry not read?) , then handing over the chalice.

Dotellhimpike · 13/01/2024 10:34

The Uncloaked thingy is going to be great when we get a scenario where the traitors murder a big character like Diane, and the round table manages to correctly banish a traitor, because then we will get to see the murdered come face to face with the one who murdered them.

Yes! Would love to see Diane and Paul meet this way (although I really don't want her to be murdered):

Diane: "I didn't raise you to be this sneaky."
Paul: "Err... you didn't raise me."

He's made it very easy for Paul to now target him. Paul was slagging him off before they even got out of the graveyard.

How on earth did they film Miles walking up the hallway with the chalice, doing close ups of his face and the of chalice without anyone noticing 😂

I think they get away with talking outside and fart-arsing around in the library because people have small conversation groups all the time. Anyone walking into a room knows they will be walking in on a conversation, it's only important that the conversation is not overheard.

I’m the one who came up with the Unbrushed, Half Brushed & Insta Ready Blonde nicknames and when I did, I was thinking of Mollie the model as Insta Ready, and Evie the Scot as Half Brushed.

So @MadeOfAllWork & I disagree on the classifications, which further adds to the confusion of which blonde is which Grin

BillStickersIsInnocent · 13/01/2024 11:17

I’m still laughing at how Paul said in his VT that Jaz has a ‘personal vendetta’ against him. He’s so offended by that, it’s like he’s in denial he’s a traitor.

Handsnotwands · 13/01/2024 11:18

I can’t remember how the final worked last time but could Jaz theoretically keep his head down, knowing Harry and Paul are traitors, let all the others get murdered and get through to the final then take them both out to win?

It's all fascinating - I think it was Paul who said his mind was a blank and he couldn't take in any of the book titles! When even Mr Cool totally lost it, I think you can't blame and Harry and Miles for not finding it... It's just funny to me that they ran for Paul like he's the daddy!!

All 3 traitors were OUT OF THEIR SKINS with stress when they had to implement the challenge and actually it was Harry's smartest move of the game so far to bugger off into the garden and hide as soon as they'd found the cup!

And it will be Miles' finest hour if he does carry out the plan and kill Diane without it coming back to him... But I think that's unlikely, honestly. So many people saw them in the library behaving like total guilty weirdos! 😱

I loved your Unbrushed/Half-brushed/Insta-ready descriptions @WriterOfWrongs & understand exactly what you were saying & completely agree!
The only way I can distinguish between Charlie and Evie is when both are in screen 😁

this is where I'd reeeeally like to see a behind-the-scenes explanation.
How do they film the suspicious parts with nobody else noticing?
Do they literally all have camera people following each group around?
Or do they choreograph it so that people arent allowed in certain areas at certain times?
i.e. when they were in the library amd the door was ajar, others were walking past and kind of looking in, but didn't go into the room or even hang around eavesdropping outside. Why not?

No

He can say he won't stop the vote and force another banishment but either

Paul/Harry hang up and vote him out

Or he sides with one and that person also sides with him against another traitor. That traitor goes. Final 2 means game over. Money goes to traitor.

Be good if we had a really storing traitors pact and they all go to the end -but I don't want spoilers of the other shows to know if that's ever happened.
