Interesting review of The Alchemist, on 6th September on Tripadvisor. This is a meal costing several hundred pounds and can take 8 hours. I like lingering over a meal but I would be asleep after 4 hours.

I've also just looked at the TripAdvisor reviews of The Alchemist. It looks like some interesting courses are served ....... lamb brain, jelly fish, pig's windpipe, pig blood ice cream .....

I'm not at all fussy and like to try different foods but 🤮 🤢

The footballer Andros Townsend has been eating chicken feet. Apparently they are a great source of collagen and taste like chicken wings.

I like my food to look like it tastes, if you see what I mean. I’m not generally a fussy eater but I do like food that hasn’t been fiddled with. Give me a plate of fish and chips, a roast dinner or a lasagna, and I’m happy. The best meal out I’ve ever had was at Le Gavroche. I think the lovely Michel Roux was far better than grumpy old Marcus on Masterchef the Professionals.
