I'm not sure it'll reach the heights of the BBC ALW shows (I loved those!), but I'm going to give it a go.

Agree - both about the best so far and about his throat. It may be the editing, though, but I don’t get why the judges seem to be being much harder on him

I agree. Well out of line that judge saying to Marcellus that he had no more excuses for his throat left!

Perhaps they don't want to cast a 36 year old against a 22 year old?

I don't think he particularly looks it, but it is a big age gap.

Also the song choices are not good this week imho.

I know it's acting, and if you have that playing age it should be fine, but I do wonder if it's a consideration.

Then why put a 36 year old through in the first place? I do think it’s possibly too big an age gap (he really doesn’t look it, though, and theatre playing ages can be way out)

Yes I don't think Marcellus looks 36. But nor does Zachiel look 22 or whatever young age he is. He looks older imho.

Callum should have been sent home

None of the boys really stands out for me.

I guess Owen who did Luck Be A Lady had the best performance, but I think his acting workshop struggled? We didn't see as much of the boys' acting as we did of the girls, I don't think.

I think they kept Callum because he was the only who could really act.

Callum looks like the one who played Jason in Atlantis (or Atlantits as it was known in my house, as he spent so much time with his shirt off ).

Marcellus would be good in the part - he looks early 20s and has a cheeky charm and great voice

can’t believe Callum doesn’t know any musical theatre - surely he must have seen some as an actor? Or should have revised on the plane over
