Mamma Mia: I Have a Dream — Anybody else watching?

I'm not sure it'll reach the heights of the BBC ALW shows (I loved those!), but I'm going to give it a go.

Some Greek sunshine will also be nice now the evenings are getting darker!

They're going to sound different singing outside to in a small (surprised how small it is) theatre which may also be echoey

I think there was quite a bit. In one of the early weeks I remember somebody's hair whipping about all over the place, but there was absolutely no evidence that it was windy in the sound. I don't believe they were mic-ed so cleverly to cut that all out.

I'd rather 2 solos than a group performance, I want to hear them alone, more can be covered up/carried in a group one - I want to properly hear them individually with 2 different songs

I think Esme sounded much better then Stevie - if we're thinking who we'd want to pay to see, she's definitely the one for me.

I agree. Esme has definitely come back fighting tonight!

Don't like what they've done with Stevie's hair. It's all flat and lifeless.

Agree it would help properly compare them. In the heats I've generally liked people who's songs I like

You mean at the end? Me too. Not just the first time I watched it either. Every. Single. Time. 😭

Definitely Tobias and Esme for the winners. Tonight's solos has just confirmed it for me. Stevie and Owen just can't sing as well as the other two. Plus they seem to want it more too.
