Yes Tasha only seemed to have an objection to Erica having an opinion as a newbie not JJ. I think she wanted to be told she was in the strongest couple and thought Erica was self promoting for saying she thought she was in one of the best couples. Very teenage to compete for the best couple award.

JJ is so unappealing. But I was surprised he fancied Ella. It's all so shallow and based on looking artificial. Unless he's just trying to build his celebrity by generating drama?

I was listening to MAFS Hysteria and the female host had a theory about Tasha and Erica which I found really interesting.

She said that Tasha had always had volatile and toxic relationships. Paul is just about the sweetest man you could meet and obviously Tasha knows that - how could she not? But maybe she's used to huge adrenalin rushes and because there's nothing to fight about with Paul, she's looking elsewhere for that rush. Last week she decided to turn against Erica and I thought we saw her true self emerge. I don't think Paul will have seen that side of her but the horrible thing is that if he stays with her, he will see it and it will turn against him.

This is interesting and I wonder if it’s true actually.

That is an interesting take @OhComeOnFFS. Her behaviour came across as quite bizarre (I thought) and that can't all be down to editing. It seemed to start when Erica was asked a question about them all and the fact she answered triggeed Tasha. JJ was asked and answered the same question but she had no problem with him. I really felt for Erica - she was the newby coming in and got slapped down for no reason.

Also I felt it started as soon as she came out in that bathing suit. The looks in the pool were completely unnecessary and that was before questions.

Paul has been defending Tasha on his instagram from any criticism of her outburst at Erica saying, they only show edited version.

He doesnt seem worried about Tasha's behaviour. I wonder how his mum feels about her watching that episode

MAFS now is nothing about marriage & more just a dating show, where they can try & boost their insta following/try & become reality stars, get a free holiday/honeymoon, accommodation & presumably spending money for a few weeks & if they’re lucky a shag/holiday romance with someone. Failing that a shag with one of the others’. Most are pooled from the agency behind celebs go dating, where Paul is also an “expert” so they’re all up for fun - hence the drinking games, acting like they’re not married at all - because they don’t view themselves as though they really are, & mutual making out games. Hence why they’re never aired as they ruin the premise/facade of the programme.
But I’m still addicted & elated when it’s back on after the weekend lol 😂

How are this lot getting to post so much on social media? It was always locked down or contracted they couldn't do it until after the show before, if they all keep spilling we'll know it all before it comes to the screen!

I created this thread as there’s usually a spoiler thread for those of us who like to discuss ALL things MAFS and have a good old gossip. I’m personally not someone who can just comment on the show as it goes along if there’s outside goss I hear. I need to discuss that with others 🤣

In Luke's Instagram, he's raging about 'snakes' who have spoilt it for the whole country (!) by selling the story. And of course, he states there's a lot more to it...

Get a bit bored by them continuing to drip feed more couples in but I guess that's because they need to make sure they are still going to have enough dramatic content. Especially since 2 couples have already gone and we now know Luke and Jay (and maybe Nathaniel and Ella?) will be off shortly.

I think Luke is livid because he thinks he won't be able to do any more reality TV now that he's been violent to another contestant.

Have to admit I haven't liked him at all lately - he's gone from being the jolly, happy guy to being one who interferes in everyone's business, to one who says to his mate that his wife will move home to be with him because she's a people-pleaser, to someone who thumps another contestant. We're seeing his true colours now.

(It wasn't so much a compliment to this thread, as an observation. But I'm grateful this thread exists).

Last night's episode was so boring. I've just fastforwarded through most of it.

My controversial opinion is that Bianca is not stunningly attractive. I love her natural look and style, and think she's lovely in herself but looks-wise it's not an imbalanced match.

Jay and Luke started strong, but Luke seems to have a very high opinion of himself and is actually a bit of a stirrer. Thomas and Arthur showed themselves up at the spa. Thomas came across as a nob and Arthur just looked stupid and out of his depth. Even Paul and Tasha have lost their shine. Tasha was a psycho at the spa and the fact that Paul was involved in the spin the bottle spectacle means there's a side we haven't seen of him too. Laura and Peggy are just meh. Oh god, I think Georges is the only one left!! At least he's been true to himself: arrogant and a shit stirrer from the start!!

I agree! I miss the first seasons when it was more about love than drama!

I think the only nice authentic people are Jay, Nathaniel and Bianca (I'll also give Paul benefit of the doubt, I think he is a nice person but just a bit young and naive).

I do have hope too for the last couple (I forgot their name, the bodybuilder guy)

Ah the two girls were Jenna & Zoe. And they’re still together I believe.

I did like Paul & Tasha, until Tasha went ghetto. Now I’ve gone off her a bit.
