I’ve been on catch up. As was unable to watch the first few episodes. But am currently catching up. Please feel free to share any opinions, goss and updates here!!

Matt and Shona are sweethearts.

Adrienne gives mean girl vibes. She didn't want Matt but she doesn't want anyone else to have him.

Laura is like every girl who was a bitch to me at school. Arthur was well shot of her. Isn't she supposedly dating Nathaniel? Those two deserve each other.

And I would like a petition to get Ros and Thomas back together. He is adorable.

Tash and Paul, hmm, don't buy it. I think she is sly. He just comes across as so pure but she gives the impression that she would dump him if someone off Love island gave her the glad eye.

Someone needs to find Jay someone lovely.

So Jordan fought someone else and won. The new opponent was nothing to do with the show

I think Jordan is massively insecure given all the 'you don't have my back' type comments.
Luke was a massive wanker and nothing good should happen to or for him forever more.

Jay is also massively insecure and really should work on her self esteem by not going on reality shows and being matched with previously mentioned wanker type men.
Everyone else should revert to their former faces.

I'm no fan of Jordan and his behaviour was unacceptable, but I think he overreacted because he was twitchy and defensive. Erica said something like "he thinks you are all gunning for him" and on the whole he was right. Last time it was that he'd kissed a girl but it turned out that she had kissed him and this time it was Laura darkly saying that they had argued when they stayed with her (and why did she wait to reveal this at the dinner party - they are all supposed to be 'besties' who speak to each other a lot?) He acted badly and doesn't listen or shut up, but with his temperament it would be easy to wind him up, light the blue touch paper and stand well back and let him explode. I did wonder how much the production team have in 'guiding' them to say or reveal things. Then the programme had its happy ending, everything was forgotten, they all stood round the fire and became friends again.

Oh, please stop making excuses for Jordan. He’s aggressive and incapable of keeping his judgemental nose out of other people’s business. He goads and goads then plays the victim when the person he’s been goading reacts. Any woman who gets involved with him is in big trouble. I seem to recall that his mum was pretty clear eyed about him.

No I didn't, I didn't say one positive thing about him or make excuses - that's your perception but that isn't what I meant or said. He is so lacking in self awareness that he is easy to manipulate and then he explodes which makes more 'exciting' TV. Just because he's unpleasant doesn't mean some of the others didn't come in gunning for him again they did and it doesn't make the others all saints either, they are absolutely not (with a handful of exceptions) and some behaved badly IMO. Not being able to control yourself is a fault not an excuse - he still thinks it is OK to comment on everybody else and throw a tantrum and it's never his fault and he always justifies his dreadful behaviour. It's no wonder he is unpopular in the group.

Just watched the reunion and found it really uncomfortable viewing. To my eyes, Jordan is autistic, and very limited emotional regulation. I imagine he is very difficult to live with but the set up at both reunions has felt like bear baiting to me. He doesn’t understand the social nuances and he can’t control his responses. He shouldn’t have been on the show really - the OCD alone should have ruled him out.

And he was physically assaulted. A lot of gas lighting and an undertone that he deserved it too from the main group. No one deserves that even if they are annoying and can’t stop talking,

We didn’t finish it. What a boring bunch they are, and so many of the women are really mean. I feel sorry for Thomas, Roz was rude to him, again.

MAFS Aus is far better, not really sure why.

I have never seen this before, although have seen 3 or 4 episodes of an Australian version. Spotted it tonight and DH is out so I thought I'd watch it.

I can not believe how cheap-looking, common and thick every single one of them is. The women are orange, wearing market stall blingy dresses that reveal their jacked-up breast implants, have faces stuffed with fillers and lip-plumpers . The men look ridiculous and have childlike egos, mop top perms are in, plunging shirts, huge tattoos and diamante ear rings- and are completely arrogant . They all (men and women) sound utterly thick, make a lot of noise and have huge gobs on them and they all think they are wonderful. Most have no idea what table manners are-shovelling huge mounds of food into their mouths, speaking with their mouths open, no idea how to hold cutlery. Their spoken English is terrible. They talk rubbish in cliches, in completely mannered, unnatural speech, scowling, pulling dramatic faces looking for attention. Some of them have such an attitude of 'I'm so important, everything I say needs to be listened to by everyone.' There's a trans person who might as well be naked for how much flesh they show at every opportunity.
They are all unbearable. It is just awful.

The shouting in thd last few minutes was appalling- the woman with the red rats tail hair and one arm- what a mouth on her, she's vile! The women were so horrible when one of the men(Thomas?) got upset at all the shouting- laughing, sniggering at him, pulling 'He's mad' faces. Utterly common, horrible gobs.Jordan is disgusting too.

Does anybody have any lowdown on George and Peggy who have split up in January?

I always thought Peggy was stringing George along anyway and both of them in the programme to gain a higher media profile. No normal person would accept going without sex in a new marriage like that! I do like George though and he deserves better. Peggy fancies herself too much.

@Augustus40 predictively they both blame each other for the split.

Georgess said Peggy was a master manipulator and they barely saw each other post MAFs. When she would meet she wouldn't go to his flat, making him pay for nice hotels.

He said her ultimate goal was to get on Towie but she had to be single and so ended things.

She said he was unfaithful with an ex.
