I’ve been on catch up. As was unable to watch the first few episodes. But am currently catching up. Please feel free to share any opinions, goss and updates here!!

I think Porscha is acting quite a lot, not sure what her longterm aim is by doing that though - wanting to be an influencer? Terence is awful though so I'm not too bothered by her acting.

I just watched a video of Nate talking about being on the show. He is mainly attracted to men, and the occasional woman with a 'masculine energy' and didn't initially want to be matched with a trans woman as he didn't think it would work for him, but was talked into it by the producers as he felt he would be letting the trans woman and LGBT community down by not agreeing. I didn't mind Ella's speech at the dinner really, it seemed genuine (leaving aside how attention seeking it was).

The others - Shona picking Brad's nose and him having his own dig around beggared belief. And Georges has grown on me a bit but he is clearly only on there for the exposure.

Georges makes me cross my arms (and legs) everytime he is on screen

I don't particularly like them but I do feel sorry for Porsha and Terrence as they are THAT couple. I don't think they were genuinely matched but put in for some drama. Why else would you match a father of three, party animal, DJ with a non-drinking, single mum who wants to be a SAHM in a traditional family situation and wants to be asleep by 11? It did wane a bit for her when she wrote "stay" - I mean why? - and rose for him as he is now trapped with her although I'm sure there is nothing to stop him just walking.

Porsha has said that she expects her dates and/or boyfriends to always pay for everything so she pays nothing - I think that sounds transactional and (to me) is going into mistress territory. In my world that attitude is plain weird and sexist

a friend of mine is Terence’s best mate and the whole thing is really bad. He’s first to leave the show and since he left, the police have been involved as she’s broken into his home & cut up his clothes. He says it’s the biggest mistake of his life. I asked my friend why he didn’t leave as soon as he knew what she was like & he said he was just trying to build his profile as a dj. Crazy why anyone would go on this type or nonsense. His eldest is 24 and is married with a child himself and Terence didn’t tell him he was doing it so has damaged that relationship too. Madness.

I know some people have said Ros looks a bit like Liz Truss. When I first saw her I thought she looked familiar. I think she looks like a young Julia McKenzie. She used to play Miss Marple.

So he was on the show to build his profile? He was never going to try to work things out with anyone. (Not saying he should have with her because she did seem slightly unhinged).

I watched the Nathanial video with great interest. He appeared very genuine, and what he said made so much sense as to why he isn't attracted to Ella. It's a shame the producers basically emotionally blackmailed him because they wanted Ella to be able to tell their story etc. Just makes me think more and more they had a pre planned story arc for Ella. I hope he leaves sooner rather than later, was hoping he would be first out but sounds like that was Terence!

I also read the story about the police being called for Terence and Princess spoony...I just wouldn't be able to spend a minute in her company!

OMG!! 😲😲 She does give off that cray-cray vibe though.

I saw that video Nathaniel did too.

He basically talked about how the producers essentially backed him into a corner.

The whole Peggy "I arsked im about me doing onlyfans" is a set up for Ella's stripping, surely? Setting up conflict between two people who have fundamentally opposing views on sex work?

This series is so badly edited and scripted. Arguments that could be resolved so easily, Porscha being so dramatic, no tears at all.

Why aren't they able to say, this is not what I signed up for I'm off and the 'experts' actively encouraging toxic relationships. It's a joke.

Get some real people I think I'm ditching this one.

I also think it's highly likely that Brad is the one who cheats with Ella, as he's stated how he likes to be experimental\ adventurous sexually and I bet he's curious about what it would be like!

Anyone else getting brother-sister vibes from Tasha and Paul? He seems very smiley and I'm not sure that there is much beneath the surface. Might just be me!!

Shona and Brad are cringy. She is very babyish, and I find him very creepy. I don't believe he is who he says he is.

Even Jay and Luke I believe are going to hit some bumps in the road, especially if he keeps involving himself in other peoples relationships. His sense of humour may become too annoying.

I'm gonna say it....I think Ros and Thomas are gonna be the dark horses and actually turn out to be the strongest at the end!! If they can get past the initial awkwardness and ick, they may actually be really suited. We will have to wait and see.

The other couples are just meh!

I have no faith in Ros and Thomas! I think they are too far gone to recover.

I think Jay and Luke have a good chance though, maybe even Alex and Louisa as well.

I remember the first MAFSUSA and there was one woman who couldn't stand her match for ages, she didn't want him to touch her. That was 2015. They ended up very happy, are still together and have children. So just maybe posh Thomas and liz truss might make it.

But like others, I hear about things and people are speculating on the non spoiler threads and I’m desperate to say “I know what happens!” and I can’t. So I popped this thread on so those of us who love a good old gossip have a space to share all the good goss freely 😂😂

I just read on a fb post that apparently the groom Ella gets with (I can't remember what context that was meant to be, ie snog or shag) is a groom we haven't met yet. I know there is a gay male couple coming in but surely that's too obvious to be one of them?

my daughter went to one of her dance sessions and she was exactly 100% how she comes across and very sweet so I think she is being very sincere and is genuinely desperate to feel in love and be loved

Do not trust Brad as far as I can throw him. Which isn’t far, because he’s like 7ft 8.

Maybe he was open to it as well, I have no idea. But don’t they all just want to be famous?!
