“My Mum, Your Dad is a British dating reality show that is set to begin airing on ITV1 on 11 September 2023. It will be presented by Davina McCall and follows middle-aged single parents heading to a romance retreat for a second chance at love which is overseen by their children.”

From a Google for the show it appears there is already 1 season of the US called My Mom, Your Dad. So presumably the same format.

Anyone planning to watch?

Is this the show that was billed in the media as an upcoming middle aged Love Island earlier this year?

Yes from the ads it looks like it’s the adult children watching footage from the cameras and deciding who might be a good match for dates etc.

All the parents look very glam/attractive.

I hope the kids are fairly normal and not just on there to be outrageous and kickstart their own influencing career. It probably is the case though!

The real person I know is absolutely bonkers - always up for a laugh and just utterly wild, absolute life of any party etc. just curious if we will see the real version of them on TV... excited for them - they do deserve to meet someone kind as they haven't had a good shot of love.

So to sum it up, they're an absolute gem! Just wild lol!

A could look familiar one guy has definitely been on first dates and Zack looks familiar too. Not sure about the kids watching on, would have preferred if they'd left them to it. I'm getting slight love island vibes. Would have been nice to have some ordinary mums and dads in as oppose to the Botox look etc.

I'm watching. I remember getting messages about a show on this premise years ago, maybe it wasn't made until now.

I'm slightly annoyed at how glam they all look. The women are all beautiful, but they all look like they've had work done.

I'm watching on catch up. They are all abit instagrammy for my liking. I do agree the tunes are great, well done to whoever decided on them. 20 minutes in and not sure I will make it to the end
