Dave Benson Phillips is an absolute legend in our house. When ds2 was first diagnosed as profoundly deaf Daves Makaton Nursery Rhyme video was the first signing that ds2 took in and understood. It's not an exaggeration to say that we nearly wore the video out... Fast forward twenty five years and Dave and ds2 are quite good friends. They met through the Singing Hands ladies... When ds2 had Covid earlier this year Dave sent him a lovely video... He really is a lovely man.... ♥ ♥

That's wonderful! I was born severely hearing impaired in the 1960s and my parents stuck their heads in the sand. So pleased there are these resources and great people around today.

Just caught up. Was watching corrie. Right two went but a bit disappointed that we won't see more of James.

I feel the same for some reason. I’m surprising myself as I loved her on Goggle.

This feels like such a performance. And I don’t know why folk feel they have to do that when they are just cooking.

I like real. I don’t want to watch someone being what they think I want them to be like.

I would have liked James to stay I think. It would have been nice to see him grow in confidence.

I agree, it feels like she's so fake but asserting her background and "personality" non stop. Talking about fluttering her (fake) eyelashes. Grow up woman!

I would also like to say that I loved Angelica, Danny and Lisa as returning champs/judges.

They were kind but fair and not at all up their own dark place.

Some on there - mentioning no names (for it will be like saying Candyman x3 and the buggers will appear) - think they are Charlie big bananas with all the skills of the most famous of chefs and a better palate than the greatest critics.

It pulls ma puddens.

I am not liking her at all. I hate Gogglebox so only vaguely knew her from that.

All that fakeness pretending to be oh so surprised to get through and I could not agree more about the fluttering of the stupid eyelashes.
