That’s true about the bedrooms I guess. I was just thinking that they must have had to rearrange it but we didn’t get to see it.

Does anyone know where Laura's dress is from? It's fab! Possibly BASH?

Felt the other architect was slightly hard done by.
But the couple weren’t thrilled at the prospect of loosing a bedroom to fit in his big entrance/stairwell design.

Don’t think there’s been a Laura design I haven’t liked, whether she won that week or not but… her jazz hands, can’t not notice them once you do.

it was related to the gin palace/bar in the kitchen.
though she did end up looking like she’d misunderstood the invite as being fancy dress with the other 3 in casual.

Just caught up on last week. It was a great transformation. I loved the clear bricks but personally would’ve preferred them to be framed as per Laura’s design.

Also, what happened to the utility area? I love utilities rooms! I wonder if they didn’t bother - but noticed they put in a window in the garage so maybe it would’ve become an office space.

I mean its very easy to tell exactly where that flat is....I'm surprised she's been quite so obvious about the location.

I can't see how these changes can be done in budget, not with changing the roof etc.

Oh and agree seems very exposing of where they live. Feels quite risky.

I’ve never watched Strictly so had no idea who she was. DH walked in part way through and was very confused thinking they were a same sex couple!

Oh that treehouse is divine. I have warmed to Will, he certainly has imagination.

There's a lot of flats round here with great views from the loft bedrooms. I often think more should have the living areas right at the top.
But I guess the downside is having the kitchen on another floor.

Wow, that kitchen looks super expensive. It's lovely and I love the choice of tables rather than island. Opposite of the other week.

The tree house design was a bit mad tbh. Didn't like the original green kitchen design. But what they ended up with was very good imho. I should think so too for the £100k they paid for it!

Can someone explain to me how their place is called a flat or an apartment when it's over 2 floors and has stairs in it? Hardly flat 🤔

It was the top two floors of that house, there must have been a ground floor flat below them.
I think its a maisonette if it has its own front door, but there was only one front door to that house which makes it a flat I think.
