A new series began tonight. Looks like more of the same: kitchen islands and eye-watering overspending ahead.

Is Stacey back on the 7th?

Yes. That's what the advert I saw said.

Just caught up with this week's. What in earth was Damien thinking about with his design ?! So obsessed with a riot of colour practicality went out the window. A sliding door from the lounge no matter how it opens seemed bonkers. And am I right that the bathroom wasn't accessible from the not very big bedroom ?And I agree the recessesed seat was horrible and pointless.Plus a galley kitchen when they wanted room for family and eating. I hope they got phase 2 finished and are happy with it.I too was also puzzled by the exposed pipes on the wall though.

Caught up with it too, my god Damien's was atrocious, so bad that I wonder if they have an agreement between the architects that one of them will produce something so bad that it is guaranteed the other one is chosen that particular week.

I thought the bedroom the lady ended up with was really nice and practical for her.

Is that the last episode ? I missed the first few so hope I get to see them repeated soon.

Damien’s was awful! I said to dh the male architects are all peacock and the women are so much more practical.

Unfortunately we had a peacock when we did our house. It shows, everyone loves it to look at, but it’s not really practical.

Except for the bits that I vetoed.
