But of course the big question is, will Arabella Weir move in two doors down?

Hope not

DahliaMacNamara · 13/06/2023 13:37

I love Arabella Weir. It's a shame to waste her on the Bailey family.

Thanks for another exceptional thread title. Has anyone noticed whether Stephen disposes of all those lethal hole punches? Perhaps his murky deeds will come to light if anyone ever gets around to doing a stationery inventory.

Clawdy · 13/06/2023 14:12

Someone asked on previous thread why Stephen told lies to Jenny about the factory guy. Wasn't it because he really wants Jenny for himself?

I think he wants Jennys money for himself.
Now Elaine is refusing to invest in the factory Stephen he's turned his murdering eyes back to Jenny.
I think Adam will get Damon locked up by falsifying evidence and Dee-Dee will find out .

Sharonspleatherleggings · 13/06/2023 14:52

Sarah-Lou will be knocked up and Gail will do the blinky thing she does in disapproval

Helendegenerate · 13/06/2023 15:03

Gail's go to emotional response for sadness/pain/tragedy etc has always been rapid blinking.

It's blinking annoying.

MillicentTrilbyHiggins · 13/06/2023 15:33

Oh phew. I found you all

AutumnCrow · 13/06/2023 16:55

Thank you for the new thread.

I know personality transplants happen in Corrie as fast as the actual body part ones, but the Arabella Weir character's seems to have been spectacularly rapid.

Jenny and her new bloke foiled his devious plan by talking to each other!

thenightsky · 13/06/2023 21:56

Thank you for filling in the Jenny/Owen/Stephen blanks for me.

Re: medication swapping. This week, for the very first time in decades, my Naproxen tablets came in a little brown old fashioned bottle instead of blister pack!

Really? That would be so so much better! Was it a chain pharmacy? I'm moving to them if so

lollipoprainbow · 14/06/2023 20:23

Stephen and Elaine's flat is hideous !

It was the pharmacy in the actual GP surgery (very rural practice).

Getupat8amnow · 14/06/2023 20:44

Agreed - Elaine’s flat is hideous.

Jitterybugs · 14/06/2023 21:36

The crusty bread will be a clue to the fact Stephen came home and left again when Elaine was on the floor. Tim picked it up and moved it so he definitely saw it. We just need Elaine to mention to Tim that there was no bread and Stephen went out for some and dopey Tim will join up the dots and solve everything. I think I’m putting too much thought into this 😘

woodhill · 14/06/2023 21:55

What was wrong with the loaf he threw in the bin

Hope Isabella disappears, dreadful character

Clawdy · 14/06/2023 22:25

There was nothing wrong with the bread he threw out, it was his excuse to go out and leave Elaine on her own to collapse.

DahliaMacNamara · 14/06/2023 22:56

Caffeine's a bit of a tame weapon for serial killer Stephen, isn't it? I know he favours the low tech option, and I wouldn't want to speculate about potentially dangerous doses, but come on. Expecting to do poor old Elaine in on day 1 was a bit of a stretch.

EachandEveryone · 14/06/2023 23:40

Surely this cant go on for much longer? He is so creepy.

Iwantacampervan · 15/06/2023 07:36

It's interesting that the Stephen story line is running in parallel with the Richard Hillman one in Classic Corrie - I know which one I find the best.

The most likely outcome would have been Elaine pooing herself

Probably not fatal

So when will Bec find out that that her new beau is a convicted racist terrorist who has form for upskirting and drugging girls?

And when will David stop shrugging things off by telling Max and anyone else prepared to listen that he is a good kid really.

EachandEveryone · 15/06/2023 08:44

Is it just me or, is David getting more attractive with age? Im blaming this on Harry Styles who I went to see the other night!

Ive always had a thing for David! I'm about 4 times the size of him though. I'd literally snap him Grin
