Bre is clearly replacing Christine as Queen Bitch but she is a poor imitation. Christine was awful but very funny at times and so over the top it was fabulous,

I know her to be charming, incredibly professional, kind, amazing at her job… I have to say she’s not had a brilliant edit (and it does make a difference) She has enough close family, friends and a great partner to weather it though 🤞

Chrishell has changed this season, for the better I think. Not as glam, more secure in herself. I can't see her staying tbh.

Amanza, always was my favourite and still is. Hopefully her health condition turns out to be OK.

Heather, I don't shit stir, is still going running to everyone telling them what everyone else is saying, she doesn't really add anything to the programme.

Emma, l liked her in previous season's, she was OK in this one, she did seem a little bitchy.

Chelsea, didn't like her before, really don't like her now, the outfits are ridiculous, she's trying to be like Christine. Her head is like an upside down triangle, I've never seen a head that shape. She's a trouble maker.

Bre, loving her. She comes across so lovely. People just want gossip on her life with Nick, she's giving them nothing. I hope she does well.

Nicole, I can see why she wasn't in previous season's, awful over the top dramatic woman, she constantly looks down her nose.

Mary, I thought before that Mary might have a neurological condition but I think she suffers with severe anxiety, she needs to step back from managing the office and be just an agent, it would be better for her mental health and not everyone is cut out to be in charge and that's OK. She's absolutely stunning.

How generous was the trip away that the brother's paid for, 25k per night for 4 nights in Palm Springs. They still ended up killing each other.

I was disappointed in the amount of properties again this season, although it was probably a couple more than previous, the only thing is, I'm not shocked/saying whoa any more seeing the properties as they all look the same now.

It was funny seeing the cast from Selling the OC at the end attending the penthouse properties showing, it was never renewed 'Selling the OC' ? What a truly awful programme full of bullies and arseholes.

So on a weekend where I really had a lot to do and needed to clean the house from top to toe, I’ve managed to so far squeeze in 😚four episodes. So far, I am really liking Chelsea, I think she’s sharp. Emma ditto. Nicole is the new Davina - probably actually quite a good estate agent, but coming across terribly. Chrishell has clearly been told by the producers to fill in Christine’s gap. Hope I manage another couple tonight, it’s definitely better than last season. I do love the random characters you see at the open houses – like the weird Dudley Moore, guy all in White, with his all in White entourage at the beach house. I have a feeling I might vaguely know the UK couple who were buying one of the houses in Beverly Hills, I shall enquire discreetly ….

It would make a big difference! I’d love to know what they’re really like. Is it Chelsea? I’m sure she’d know it wasn’t you saying she’s nice lol.

I’m only a few episodes in so can’t give a full verdict but Heather and Chrishelle are the only very pretty but vaguely normal looking ones! The others are so fake. I mean overly fake. I find it a bit sad tbh! I can’t work out Mary. I thought it was odd she was no longer close to Chrishelle. They were so close before. I always liked her but thought she was quite anxious and meek. Now I feel like she just clings to a dominant character then moves on. Maybe I’ll change my mind.
Chelsea just seems like a bit of a bitch! I thought she was gorgeous and loved her style last season even though she was annoying. So far this season she’s just been unkind and looks terrible!

Also I still don’t get the whole Chrishelle/G thing. Personally find G very annoying and it seems very ott and fake. G alwyas seems qurie arrogant. Chrishelle’s comment about having fun all the time and not needing sleep didn’t sound too healthy.

Heather- if you have to tell people that amount of times youre not a shit stirrer, its because youre trying to hide the fact your a shit stirrer

Nicole came accross as crazy, my guess is that the producers encouraged the conversation about what she was annoyed about to add drama and its just spiralled out of control. I didn't really get her points. However she came accross as a competent agent

I personally couldn't have a relationship like bre either but ended up liking her towards the end of the season

I had the house to myself today. All 11 episodes done.

Cannot stand Nicole. The whole falling out with Chrishell was so off. Chrishell stood up for herself and I liked that side of her. I also liked the dynamic between her and G Flip. Wonder if she will continue with the show.

I liked Bre. Still not sure on Chelsea. The clothes were mostly good. Some really bad, as was the make up. Very disappointed in the lack of houses. I have to say I did love the beach front property that Chelsea was selling for 22 million.

I don’t usually comment on female weight or figures but Nicole and Emma in particular so very, very thin. Not sure what Davina brought to the series at all. I also don’t think Mary is very well.

Chelseas husband looks like Flanders. 😂What a strange couple. Chelsea and Nicole need to go - both coming across terribly and are negative. We only saw Emma and Chrishell having fun.

Love this show but there were too many cat fights and not enough property porn this season! Going to go through lady by lady! I'm on ep10.
Davina- MIA! Fair enough if she chose to take a step back, I don't think she got a fair edit in earlier seasons and her energy is very different to everyone elses. I actually quite like her and was sorry not to see her but fair enough if she was focusing on her work.
Mary - clearly over the drama! I actually felt a bit sorry for Mary - seems like alot got landed on her. I think she's struggling with being the office manager with all the crap that goes on. Being conflict averse doesn't work on this bunch and she's got better things to spend her energy on! She and Romain are cute.
Heather- if you need to keep insisting you're not the shit stirrer, you're the shit stirrer-telling everyone everything is the very definition of it and it is for sure her defining personal trait. I wonder how much of it be for the cameras/her "role" in the show as she seems quite nice otherwise!?
Amanza- classy, funny- would perhaps make a better office manager than Mary, she's stronger. Always interesting and cool on camera whilst maintaining some privacy.
Bre- I actually quite like Bre. Once she calmed down slightly (the Emma thing was handled a bit aggressively and thankfully ended ok) she was great; calmly self confident, private, basically just there to do her job.
Emma- a funny one. I don't dislike her and she certainly works hard. I feel like most of her camera time just put her on the edge of the drama this season rather than giving her any real character. I feel we didn't see her.
Chelsea- seemingly obsessed with Bre! I don't think she came across well at all tbh. The "as a Christian" things and being unable to resist sticking the knife in to Bre at any and every opportunity once she realised Bre wasn't going to kiss her ass (like within 2 minutes of Bre joining the office) came across incredibly badly on ccamera. I am also more into monogamy but I wouldn't keep bringing up that a colleague wasn't. She comes across really calculating and manipulative although I did agree with her that Mary could've been a stronger manager. I hope being such an obvious bitch on camera doesn't backfire as she seems pretty smart business wise. I did feel for her when they all went nuts at her broker's open!
Nicole- wtf. She's obviously a very good agent but she's mired herself in this needless drama. I don't think the Chrishell thing is about the money, either, I think it's about the listings and work and reputation Nicole feels Chrishell has built on the back of HER sale, she just never got a chance to say it. It was very refreshing to see someone who simply sees through Chrishell though, the Christine thing was always just envy/fake drama. She didn't deserve to be accused of taking drugs.
Chrishell- I've never understood her "nice" reputation! She dragged Jason so much on camera, she gets away with so many digs and asides and seems to expect people to take them when she never would herself and you can see how much she "acts" in all her confessional spots. All her fights are one sided, she just attacks and never lets the other side put their side across. She never let Nicole get a proper word out - which makes me think she knew exactly what Nicole would have said tbh. Accusing someone of being on the drugs the way she did is a low blow. There's standing up for yourself, yes but me thinks the barbie doth protest too much.

I'm halfway through. Nicole is batshit. Heather is chief shit stirrer. Bre actually seems okay but what a weird situation. Nick Cannon had five babies in six months! Truly bizarre.

I read the other day that it’s been renewed for another two seasons. I don’t think I got to the end of the first one.

OMG, the fighting is just too much this season, it's not really enjoyable to watch.

Really really loathe Nicole. I have no idea why she's so focused on hounding Chrishell and am convinced Jason's only bought her back into the office to needle Chrishell as a way to punish her for breaking up with him.

Wanted to dislike Bre but she's really grown on me. However, her over-filled and tweaked face is too much of a distraction and I find it difficult to look at her.

Chelsea is pretty dreadful. While I do agree with some of her points about Be and Nick's relationship, it is none of her business whatsoever, and as such, she needs to keep her mouth shut and opinions about it to herself. She's is never going to come off well talking about the personal and private lives of others.

Mary needs a long holiday. As do I having watched the whole season across a few days.

Nicole is awful

A new woman on selling Sunset has come back to work after having a baby. The baby is six weeks old! The woman is absolutely tiny and you wouldn't believe she's ever had a baby. Turns out the father of the baby has had five babies in the last six months!!!

Yeah it’s terrible. I hate how they minimalise the impact of birth and newborn life.

To be fair maternity leave in the US is so woeful going back to work with a 6 week old is a reality for a lot of women.

Just getting into this season.

It seems like Nicole was brought in and told to stir things up and then was shocked at the reaction she got. But all her complaints were so tedious and whiney.

I think Amanza seems the most genuine and likeable.

Mary seems like she is about to crack at any moment, but then I would be if I was asked to manage them

Bre I quite like at the moment.

Chelsea I find sets my teeth on edge. Its the mixture of the very fake accent and the sanctimoniousness about Bre and her family set up. It's a shame because sometimes she says something quite sensible/insightful and i want to like her.

Emma just seems a bit pointless so far, she doesn't really do anything.

Agree it feels like there's less emphasis on the property side this time which is a shame because I like that.

I do miss Christine though .
