What's your favourite episode of Ghosts?

Mine is the episode where it's the Lunar eclipse and Alison and Mike have the neighbours round for dinner, it's total comedy genius. Everyone talking around the dinner table while the ghosts dance round it chanting about the 'wondrous moon' Grin Mary: 'stew update, all the water has turned to clouds' and when the ghosts are watching Friends and Kitty declares 'I'm Phoebe, Lady Button is Monica and the Captain is Ross'

So sad that they're finishing it; but so glad they made it in the first place. We love it in the Tin household.
Playing 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' with my 10-year-old yesterday to see who goes first in a board game. He chose "Pistol. I always choose pistol."
There are just so many quotable lines! As to a favourite episode? I love them all...but Redding Weddy or The Bone Plot.
Or the one with the bear from Series 4 (Robin and the lightning!!!). Or...

Just had a binge watch with ten year old who adores it. Highlights this time around: the Captain skipping, and sweet Mary smiling fondly as Mike's sister brings the baby in, "Oh it has lived through the night. That's nice. Unexpected."

Yes @LuckOfTheDrawer - starts tomorrow! Cant wait, so sad this will be the last series though! Hoping we get to hear how Kitty and the Captain died, and for Mike and Alison to have a happy ever after. I was kind of hoping they would have a child who could see the ghosts, but I guess that probably wont happen now.

So many lovely episodes but I adore the Christmas ones and "creamy berries" in the "yes and" episode makes me well up.

We watched Perfect Day this evening and the one with the burglary yesterday as a warm up to the new series. Love the burglary episode, Mike eating trifle in bed and talking to the ghosts - who aren't there- is very funny. DD2 and I visited Button House in the summer, you can do a filming tour of it. In real life it's called West Horsley Place. We had a fabulous time, DD sat on the leather sofa 😀

I loved it when Alison set up books for them to Red and was page turning and Fanny got right into Lady Chatterley's lover.

Can't wait for tomorrow. It's so well done.

I love all of them. If I had to pick one it would be the film crew one because the Captain is at his best in it and I have such a soft spot for him. I think there will be something very moving and quite heroic about his story .

I loved him as the fairy godmother in the panto episode. I do so hope they give us his story, it would be so disappointing if they did not. maybe they will all get sucked off because they have all learned to be nice to each other and care for each other?

Well I just binge-watched all of series 5 last night! I won't spoil anything, don't worry, but I just wanted to say they can't end it like THAT?!! There has to be a Christmas special to round things off!

@SnuggleBuggleBoo yes I try not to think about the ghosts on their own, the soldier, the hitchhiker, even the German airmen who only have each other for eternity. It’s grim.
