What's your favourite episode of Ghosts?

Mine is the episode where it's the Lunar eclipse and Alison and Mike have the neighbours round for dinner, it's total comedy genius. Everyone talking around the dinner table while the ghosts dance round it chanting about the 'wondrous moon' Mary: 'stew update, all the water has turned to clouds' and when the ghosts are watching Friends and Kitty declares 'I'm Phoebe, Lady Button is Monica and the Captain is Ross'

The party for the 86 year old turns out to be two little girls with old lady names and they're 8 & 6, the entertainer was bloody hilarious singing Sinatra to them

All of them! I especially love the burglary one when Mike thinks there are 20 burglars, and the one where they are trying to clean up the house after a big drunken party

I enjoy the Moonah episode, and the episode where the basement ghosts find out how they caught the plague.

Oh Julian is brilliant. I love that he and Mike have a bit of a relationship developing. His Christmas special episode made me cry!!

I don't remember the Moon one! I shall have to rewatch them all from the beginning!

I love when Pat is trying to teach Robin and Mary how to 'yes, and. . .' and they just don't get it.

Some of the ideas in the programme seem so simple but are really clever

Any episode where the captain gets to organise. As someone said, he’s never happier. Still need to find out what happened to him.

Loved the bit where he was out in the garden watching the ants. Came in happy as Larry, jacket off, shirt sleeves rolled up. Lady B said something to him and the next second he was all suited up again. Brilliant.

Thomas’ death, just genius writing. I absolutely love Robin’s version of events, but they are all brilliant.

@Mueslikid the Houseparty clear up one is brilliant too - there’s a flashback scene with Robin dancing that makes me laugh so much.

I hope this show goes on for a few more seasons. I love it

I love the one with the wedding. Fight Club, Keith Darren Dean, Humphrey telling Lady B about his marriage. The Captain as wedding planner.

I cry at least twice (once with Pat and Keith, once when Alison throws the cake for Mary). Sometimes more

I wanted to hate this show. Thought it was an up to date rentaghost!

It's actually comedy gold & our whole house loves all the characters for different reasons.

They are doing a comi relief sketch apparently with Kylie Thomas will be thrilled.

And Alison kept trying to correct her 😂

I know I watched the first one ages ago and thought similar and binned it. It was mumsnet that made me go back. Then me and dh binged it.

We have just rewatched series 4, locevitvso much.

I love the burglary one and also Thomas's story from all the different pov. Also yy the dinner party "We're watching Friends here mate!"

Robin is my fave "must have been another caveman" and how he and Julian are friends (prawn go doora dooka) also love the captain.

It's hard to choose. I love episode 2, particularly the cellar scenes. Also the one when the hotel company is trying to buy the house and Alison & Mike view other properties and keep finding ghosts there.

Ooh yes the other ghosts tho I get sad about the German airmen :(

dd loves the one where they are all sharing stuff after the village hall is closed. Robin No Zumba? I gotta work in my core!

Moonah Stone - robin is my favourite character . DH look up at the moon and we both say Moonah!

Difficult to choose. I love the one wedding one, the one where they unmask them fake sister, of course Moonah stone. There’s parts I love.....Where the Captain is running round the house convinced he is getting faster but Pat says “slower if anything.” , the film night for Kitty’s birthday and the way the Captain says “Dorothy”, the Carol they sing at the piano at Christmas, Mary’s basket instruction” 3 potatoes high” the bit where Alison talks to them for the first time “I see you budget caveman” The writing is genius.

I really love this show and possibly like the US version even more. You can watch it on iplayer.

When Pat is telling the ghost story (scratch, scratch) round the camp fire, Robin and Julian are listening intently then Mary comes up behind them and scares them so much they run off screaming😂😂😂

Moonah stone for sure. I love Robin and how each character has their own style of dancing around the table.

Wedding Ready. Wedding planner Captain is too precious "it's like a flower grenade!" and Fanny and Humphrey's talk gets my heart.

The Bone Plot for Humphrey's story. I love him.

Woodworm men for sheer comedy gold.

I didn't think I could love anything as much as Horrible Histories and Yonderland but they did it again!

i love Ghosts so much. the plague people in the basement are hilarious 😆. when mary gets 'sucked off' was so funny. Pats death was sad though, but makes me love him even more.
