So at what point will someone find the three bodies on top of the moor?!

That'll take some working out!

littlbrowndog · 05/02/2023 22:25

She called out the fucker. Called him out didn’t listen to his shite

DeadbeatYoda · 05/02/2023 22:25

Brilliant. Sally wainwright is a genius. Sarah Lancashire is utterly compelling. Tbf, James Norton was bloody brilliant too.

Arnaea · 05/02/2023 22:25

Even down to not having the right words in an argument, we've all been there, but they never struggle on tv

Really interesting

BorsetshireBanality · 05/02/2023 22:26

I thought it was only Line of Duty that did dying declarations!

dapsnotplimsolls · 05/02/2023 22:26

I was willing her to tell him that Ryan had grassed him up.

Testina · 05/02/2023 22:26

@007DoubleOSeven “Think it needed a scene if faisal with his family,no idea of what was about to hit him”

I actually think Wainwright gave us that - outside the pharmacy when his assistant tells him that Dumb & Dumber have been arrested. That’s his sigh of relief. Rob’s going down for the murder, the drug blackmail has gone away. Happy days. But we know better…

storminabuttercup · 05/02/2023 22:27

Just watched the end on iplayer she just walked out of the cemetery.

Bit of a damp squib, but this entire series hasn't really matched up to the first two, so I'm not surprised the ending was a bit underwhelming.

@XDownwiththissortofthingX

Really ?

Damp squid

It was fab

@ScissorsPaperStone agreed. Absolutely phenomenal acting from him. You could see every emotion fleeting across his face, in his eyes, every internal battle he was fighting. It completely blew my mind.

Msgrieves · 05/02/2023 22:27

I cried at the pictures of her daughter, really brought it home.

Soapnutty · 05/02/2023 22:27

An excellent ending.

Telephome · 05/02/2023 22:28

Incredible television.

What a wonderful wrap up to an amazing series.

007DoubleOSeven · 05/02/2023 22:28

@Testina true, I just think that a couple of final shots of the other ne'er-do-wells would have wrapped it up with stronger closure

HannaHat · 05/02/2023 22:28

Well I'm clearly in a very small minority, I didn't rate it 😬

He knew when she talked about marbella

EmmaEmerald · 05/02/2023 22:29

I won’t see it till next week

three bodies?

Always4Brenner · 05/02/2023 22:29

By the wall wailing tore at heart strings we’ve all been there different reason but that’s a woman in pain excellent acting might rewatch.

007DoubleOSeven · 05/02/2023 22:29

It's a bit like the BBC said - OK, fine, go on then, you're quite good you can have an extra 10 minutes and that's it - and then SW had to chop the last episode down, prioritising the brilliant tlr and Catherine scene

Stingy bbc

Prison kitchen. Borscht all round

I reckon Beetroot was trafficked so they will be able to get Darius on that and modern slavery charges as well as the other murder. His wannabe political career will be down the pan though.

Barkin2themoon · 05/02/2023 22:30

Loved it , glad my prediction was wrong 🙋
