I'm here for the discussion AFTER the episode. As you say, it moves so fast there's no time to type. I shall fortify myself with a glass of something and snacks.

Am engineering my day so that I will planted in situ at the appropriate time with uniforms ironed, kitchen sorted, dog walked.

And don't forget to go for a wee before it starts in the small break between CTM and HV. Also remember to record Vera.

My brats are 10 and 12 yet I still can't watch tv uninterrupted. I guess I'll be pausing it lots!!!

Just listened to The Shrine podcast - lots of fabulous theories and observations to ponder on .... there's an awful lot to be tied up on this episode. Apparently James Norton has been interviewed and said that the cast felt the first ending they filmed didn't quite work, so Sally W wrote a new ending that they filmed 5 weeks later - it was St Sarah of Lancashire that raised the cast's concerns.
