Bon soir.

Maireas · 12/02/2023 19:50

Guten Abend! Table lamps.
Only 7 left!

LaChatte · 12/02/2023 19:50

Didn't like the look of any of the lamps shown in the intro 😟

Maireas · 12/02/2023 19:52

What's wrong with just sticking a light bulb in an old Mateus Rose bottle?

Sunbird24 · 12/02/2023 19:53

Ooh I like that black one

Piggywaspushed · 12/02/2023 19:55

Caitlin looks exhausted already.

Beautiful isn't it?

LaChatte · 12/02/2023 19:56

Aww man that sucks.

Piggywaspushed · 12/02/2023 19:56

Oh dear. Is she not well? She looked dreadful before that even happened. It should be fun to do this, not make people sick with anxiety Sad

HeadNorth · 12/02/2023 19:56

Poor Caitlin, she seems in such a sad place

Piggywaspushed · 12/02/2023 19:58

I never know what I'd do in these challenges. I'd have to make an I hate my family lamp, or a sitting on the sofa watching telly lamp.

Sunbird24 · 12/02/2023 19:59

Sitting on the sofa chatting on mumsnet…

Sunbird24 · 12/02/2023 20:01

There are some ambitious designs in this lot

LaChatte · 12/02/2023 20:02

I need an extruder.

Maireas · 12/02/2023 20:03

Do they all live by the sea?

LaChatte · 12/02/2023 20:04

Nooo.

Oh noo.

Oops!

HeadNorth · 12/02/2023 20:09

Some of these look they may be lovely - the Clifton suspension bridge, Lois & Caitlin’s. Not sure about the Giant’s causeway - but too early to tell.

Maireas · 12/02/2023 20:10

At least there will be some colour this week.
I hope.

Lawandsawdus · 12/02/2023 20:10

In a real pottery would they just use a trolley between bench and drying room?

LaChatte · 12/02/2023 20:11

Nope, still not loving any of these so far.

Nope, would be even worse unless the floor was perfect. Arms work much better as shock absorbers!

Yes!

PritiPatelsMaker · 12/02/2023 20:13

Sorry, I was just going off videos I'd seen,

LaChatte · 12/02/2023 20:16

Production potters do tend to have rolling shelves. But honestly for something intricate or especially delicate you're much better off carrying it.

Lawandsawdus · 12/02/2023 20:19

Thanks.
