Hello all GPTD fans the next series has been announced and will start on 8th January at 7:45. It’s a Sunday night and it’s on Channel 4 as usual.

Festive Pottery Throw Down is on Christmas Day too. James Fleet, Jamie Laing, Jenny Eclair and Sunetra Sarker are the celebrities taking part this year.

Slightly strange challenge decorating rather than making.

Not really a blind challenge!

It was obvious who had done which - it shows what distinctive styles they have. Can’t argue with the judging - Lois’ looked best, James’ was a bit of a mess.

Lois is very artistic but I feel as if her stuff is more ‘cutesy’ than the others. I liked Jon’s best - it seemed more coherent to me.

Lois was bound to win a decorating challenge, really. She is very artistic.
