Ridley is about a grudging cop whose daughter and wife have been murdered in an arson attack 😢😢

he retired early due to medical grounds due to the murders

a farmer is found dead and di carol. Farman heads up investigation and is keen to get Ridley’s help

I have also taken up a deal on audible for 3 months so got to listen to a lot of books at the same time!!
lucky I don’t have much else going on in my life (except a DH and 2 adult DS). But they can just get on with it!

I might give this a go. I’ve not been keeping up with other dramas so it’ll be good to start one from scratch, so to speak - assuming it’s not too grimly violent.

weekend tv schedule has been dire. I guess as the assumption is people are out (spending money) or have Netflix (have neither)

I hope that tv schedulers step up given the cost of living and many just sticking to freeview.
