I haven't had chance to watch anything -I am trying to sort out school stuff, dd1's birthday, college stuff and panicking over the fact we are getting a new kitchen and (the week the dds go back to school/college) it is going to be really disruptive and I am in denial

I'm getting confused by Kyrgios- last week he was supposedly injured/tired but still played doubles -and won, with Kokk. Beating Sock, in the semi final (who was with Rajeev Ram) But Nick is partnering Sock this week.

They're not a loyal bunch, doubles players.

We need a new kitchen but I haven't got round to doing anything about it yet. All the lockdowns were not kind to our kitchen and it was bad enough before!

We rent our house from my mother- and we've lived here 18 years (about 15 years longer than we intended to). We have never really decorated and keep putting off doing the kitchen. It is tiny and we have nowhere to move anything to. Plus dh works from home- in the only space we can move things to.

I am still hoping for a lottery win, so I can just run away.

Grigor and Jelena had better never get any idea to team up in doubles, it would be a visual nightmare.

Don't like Taylor's facial hair

I have been having issues with Prime all evening. I keep seeing bit and pieces so have given up.

I think Taylor is one of those baby faced types that just look even younger with facial hair. Goffin was always the same. When he was in his early 20s, the tache was fooling no-one

When I did get the match to play, I was trying to work out what was on Dan's shirt- it's a little squiggle that looks like a chicken?

I think it's meant to be a lion's head. But it looks like a chicken from a distance.

Had to put it on for a look. He looks Amish. Better crowd today. Mo probably thinks they all came to see him.

I quite admire Ostapenko’s out there fashion sense - she obviously doesn’t care what other people think (but she does look a bit of a fright!)

I also need to check out Grigor’s outfit and Taylor’s facial hair (and maybe watch a bit of tennis )
