These lovely lads won the doubles in Austria. RBA won the singles.

I saw RBA had win- I've not had chance to watch anything this week.

It has been a sad week- DD2's last week at primary (and the end of 15 years taking my dcs there). There have been many tears.mostly mine.

The Alcaraz/Sinner match has started - so I'm score watching. It's a shame I can't watch,, because it has potential to be a pretty close match.

I'd rather watch that than the women's football that's been on here!

It's a strange feeling when you've not got anyone in primary anymore Raahh.

I know-it's a shame the match isn't on Prime. I've been having to listen to Dh yelling at the football from the other end of the room. He actually had tickets to go to Old Trafford for the Man Utd friendly, but decided to watch the women on his pc instead.

I can't get my head around dd2 not being in primary-I think it's the end of the connection with the school that is hard. Dh was a governor therefor 12 years, my mum and sister both worked in the breakfast/after school clubs. It feels odd not to be going back. It's not helped by the fact I really, really don't want her in the secondary school she's been given.

Maybe I could send the dog to school?

I'm sure the children would love that

He's very vocal- and having heard the dc all singing this several times this week, would be a great addition to the choir

Dh runs a girls football team, so feels obliged to show an interest. I've never been into football- and was glad when DD1 decided to 'retire' at the grand old age of 13.

Been a bit of a turnaround in set 2- Sinner is leading 5-1.

I got distracted and missed the end of the match/the scores. Not sure what happened to Carlos, the first set was really tight-then Sinner won the match 6-1 6-1.

I was hoping to watch dome of Washington, but everything is conspiring against me.. I've just seen that Kyle Edmund is stsrting his match against Dan Evans. It's only Kyle's second main draw singles match in over 20 months.

Oh thanks Raahh I've just put it on. Dan is a set up. Everything looks so bright. Barely anyone watching there!

We had a miserable bank holiday Monday here yesterday. It rained constantly and heavily.

Dan has got a very 90's skinner haircut.

Jane we have had terrible weather. I got totally soaked walking the dog this morning. Watch the tv news/weather - and it's full of how it hasn't rained for weeks. It's hardly stopped here. (I find it particularly funny when the breakfast weather presenters - obviously coming from a studio in Salford- still act as though they are broadcasting from London ).

I saw Murray lost yesterday- and Emma in the doubles.
