So Paul is an insufferable wanker

TheSpottedZebra · 09/03/2022 21:33

@Popfan

That is so not teal
Yeah but sometimes teal is navy.
Fandangoes · 09/03/2022 21:33

That navy geometric wallpaper is really old hat now!

Aniita · 09/03/2022 21:33

And green and terracotta is obviously the new colour scheme of 2022. Amazing how they are all so original in the same way

TheSpottedZebra · 09/03/2022 21:34
Peter has had an interesting life www.northumberlandgazette.co.uk/news/fiona-and-peter-go-back-to-their-roots-119731
Ooh he has! A cheffing hairdresser in the Alps!

PriamFarrl · 09/03/2022 21:35

I wonder if they edit it all after the whole thing has finished. There are some people we have hardly seen so far and so I wonder if they know that those people will be in it much later so don’t worry about featuring them early.

TheSpottedZebra · 09/03/2022 21:35

@CheesyChipsOnWembleyWay

I'm still giggling at Cornbrook being a "vibrant" part of Manchester. It's a zombie wasteland with a tram stop.
Is it? Grin The camera team are making it look good!
viques · 09/03/2022 21:36

I don’t think Matthew Williamson will go for the “teal” geometric wallpaper.

Whatsnewpussyhat · 09/03/2022 21:36

@SwedishEdith

How do you make your own wallpaper? Genuinely interested in the process if can knock up own design.
If you paint or draw your design then convert it to a digital image, there are places that will print it for you. (Angel from Escape to the Chateau does it all the time)
Crackercrazy · 09/03/2022 21:37

@Aniita

So Paul is an insufferable wanker
Completely!
SwedishEdith · 09/03/2022 21:39

Blimey, for all the effort, they didn't spend long commenting on that 1st office.

jay55 · 09/03/2022 21:39

The green stripes in the bedroom made it feel quite claustrophobic to me.

I liked the office enough though.

SwedishEdith · 09/03/2022 21:39

Thank you @Whatsnewpussyhat

Popfan · 09/03/2022 21:39

I like the handdrawn print wallpaper

PriamFarrl · 09/03/2022 21:40

I liked the green bedroom.

jay55 · 09/03/2022 21:41

@Popfan

I like the handdrawn print wallpaper
Loved it too. Hope she gets a better partner next week.
Halsall · 09/03/2022 21:41

I’m wondering when peach came back into fashion. Did it? Seriously?

A 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on the 13th floor will set you back £1275 a month...with £1470 deposit.

CheesyChipsOnWembleyWay · 09/03/2022 21:42

@TheSpottedZebra the bits they are showing are mostly Salford Quays and the city centre

SwedishEdith · 09/03/2022 21:44

I'm really worried exaggeration about the peach/light terracotta because I hate it but know that these things seep into your consciousness and everyone's homes will all be peach in 5-10 years' time.

Whatsnewpussyhat · 09/03/2022 21:44

@SwedishEdith

Thank you *@Whatsnewpussyhat*
You're welcome.

Same process for fabric printing too if you wanted matching cushions!

Halsall · 09/03/2022 21:46

MORE PEACH 🤯

jay55 · 09/03/2022 21:48

Maybe peach is always on offer. So they went for it for budget reasons.

Clutches another straw...

Popfan · 09/03/2022 21:49

What are they seeing that I'm not? I hate that last one!!

nancy75 · 09/03/2022 21:50

@viques

What do we think Banjo’s parents actually named him? I am thinking Brian.
Just put this on, is Banjo the Aussie? It’s probably short for something ridiculous like Banjolina - the Aussie side of my family (in laws) all have somewhat interesting names
TheSpottedZebra · 09/03/2022 21:51

You guys, we're too old for the peach.
We're elders now Sad
