But... does anyone else feel irked by the way the waiting staff have been made to wear masks throughout series? As if they're lowly germ-spreading plebs. I bet the celebs in attendance haven't all been tested. It shows a real us and them attitude and it's just horrible. In fact the whole testing farce that made Nathan too late do do his prepping is plain daft.

Well the chefs were tested for the banquet and no reason to believe that they weren't tested for the heats. The chefs aren't really mixing with the diners and the waiting staff were. I don't see an issue.

I was a bit that the fish dish won, when he changed it from the heats - if it wasn't doable for the banquet, it shouldn't have been picked.

Sally was the star on the night imo, and I really really want to eat that trifle!

I think Sam looks a bit like Jesse Plemons.

Sally was amazing and so calm under pressure. Little things like using blu tac to secure the lollies, she was ace and hope she comes back (along with Sam) next year.

Stellaris22 I know! The blu tack was so clever. I do think they were lucky to have Sally there. Or did Andi pipe up behind the scenes and say she had the perfect temperament and skills for the banquet pressures and they found a place for her? Just a theory.
