Just watched it.
I agree, whoever, ever ever makes a homemade Twix?!
And a sugar dome? All for effect and would taste horrible.
But Juergen was great again. I do like him that he just gets on with it.
I expected lizzie to go as well - George picked it up with his showstopper, and she really didn't.
Crystelle still driving me nuts with her artificial drama and flapping, when she knows perfectly well she's competent. She might well end up winning it, but I kind of hope not, just because of this fake demeanour. I like Juergen or Giuseppe to win. Giuseppe was a bit unlucky this week but I expect him to be back.
So stressful watching the damn domes coming out (or not). What a waste of all the ingredients, for something that nobody would ever eat. I mean I know it's all wasted in the end, but these were never really even intended to be eaten.
I didn't like the trailer for next week - someone (Jurgen?) with some vile looking green gloop, and later, the judges saying to someone (again possibly him?) that they expected better from them. Uh oh. . One bad week is all they'd need to get rid of someone they think is doing too well - it would make better tv for them if they get rid of the good ones.
None of the jokes between Noel and Matt were funny this week at all.
Still not sure how the whole practice/living arrangements work. They talked this week about having practiced dozens of times at home for these challenges. Yet other times they've talked about a practice tent and them all staying on site for the duration, rather than just for the weekend. So if they were able to practise at home, was that before the series, and did they get all the challenges before it started?! The poor people that left on week 1 or 2 would have been disappointed, if they'd come up with and practiced twelve possible weeks' worth of signatures and showstoppers!
