DH was filmed at work, and shown looking beyond bored (and probably doodling) during an important briefing
neighbour was in Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes

and my favourite one - work colleague booked a couple of weeks' leave, and was uncharacteristically tight-lipped about his plans for his time off. Was then spotted having buttock implants on Channel 5's Cosmetic Surgery Live.

Yes! Bit then again I didn't know him personally. But we were mutual friends on social media. It was very... Erm bizzare & I couldn't watch 😂

Also a childhood friend was on a program & not in a good way either, she ended up in prison. We stopped being friends a long time before she done what she done though.

One of my friends is an 'influencer' and she's been on TV a few times.

Another has been on just about every game show going!

Must be nearly 30 years ago now, I was a volunteer counsellor for a helpline and was filmed one shift. They used the footage for me saying "You're through to XXXX" on news pieces for about 10 years after that. It was really bizarre to suddenly hear my voice on the telly.

I was on my local news leaving my local Woolworths on the day it closed. I walked out of the door and saw this camera. I checked the local news later on and there I was.

Oh and there was a reporter there as well.

Two of my uncles were in Brassed off.
A guy who was in my form at secondary school, was on
Crackerjack recently.

DH was on national and local news a couple of years ago and our vet was on Come Dine With Me.

Yes an exes flatmate on davina mccalls "Street mate" where they hauled people off the street and found them a date.

Oh and a girl I used to play footy with was one of the paramedics on 999 or whatever its called

Quite a few. I've been on the news when they filmed a student protest I attended. I've a cousin who is interviewed occasionally on TV, she's a policy advisor, uncle did a couple of bits as an industry expert, TV presenter lives on our road. A friend of a cousin is an actor and I was sat with them at a wedding reception.

My neighbour was on come dine with me. It was hilarious as they did great camera work and her house (council same as mine) was made to look like a mini mansion🤣. She is also on Instagram and regularly posts pictures of herself in her ‘swimming pool’ which is in fact a kids plastic paddling pool in her cluttered tiny back garden 😂😂. 10/10 for her photo editing skills though!

Brother was also on Crime Watch in the 1980s . He was a police officer answering the tip off calls, not a criminal !!

Ermm, oh dear. The only person I knew on Crimewatch was a teenage bank robber.

I nearly forgot! Helen Skelton filming Blue Peter when my boys were young at Eden Project. She was on a break and had lots of pics with kids, we tried to join the queue but just missed her as she had to go back to filming. I said to my boys not to worry as she was busy working but she heard and ran back to us so my boys could have a pic with her. She is so lovely and a really genuine person.

Also saw Alan Titchmarsh who turned on Christmas lights and everyone was getting selfies with him but I'm obviously not good enough at elbowing people out of the way!! Missed out there.

Oh also some minor Z list soap stars who I can't remember the name of now!

I live in Midsomer Murders country and have been involved in a couple of local am dram groups over the years, so I quite often see a friend or acquaince pop up. I watch MM, but mostly to location spot and extra spot

Yes, on Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Someone I used to hang about with as a teenager. She won either £32k or £64k

Yes loads. A relative has been on loads of science programmes. Colleagues have been on documentaries and the news. A client has been in a documentary. A neighbour was on Jeremy Kyle and another neighbour on Britain’s Worst Neighbours.

Oh and someone from school was on Counrdien and from college on Blind Date.
