Anybody know when it starts? All I've found is this Radio Times article saying it will start before the end of March this year. www.radiotimes.com/tv/drama/line-of-duty-season-six-release-date/ Kelly Macdonald is due to guest star.

I was so confused about Kate at first and wondered if I’d forgotten her quitting at the end of S5. I also thought if she was actually leaving they’d have given her a fake career history like they do when she’s UC

There was something odd in that interaction between Steve and Farida. He said "that's beyond my jurisdiction" and started to walk away then Farida said "I'm on the hill" and Steve suddenly looked interested. It was as if "on the hill" was some kind of code. Kate is also "on the hill".

It's the name of the station, something Hill. Each station falls under a different AC division.

Maybe it's going to be like season 1, where Farida's lie means they stumble onto something else.

It wasn't Ryan. Ryan was in the room in front of Corbett. It was the bald, Russian(?), bloke, I think.

@Fiddlersgreen - was it? I stand corrected. I meant the one with the name like Maralodkavich or something - I think he went in the freezer and saw JL’s legs - he was def there when Corbett was killed though (even if he didn’t do it) as they were playing a card game just before it happened

Has anyone else watched Blood with Adrian Dunbar (Hastings) on Channel 5? If not, it’s worth a watch (series 1 at least)

I did! Was very odd seeing him as someone else. I didn’t get to watch the second series.

Adrian Dunbar is in Hear My Song which is quite funny. Quite an old film but worth a watch.

Ryan also held Maneet while Lee Banks killed her.

I thought Ryan was in the room he'd gone to, pretending (?) to rape the trafficked women, which distracted Corbett and allowed him to be murdered. Maybe I need to watch series 5 again!

Yes he was there too and it was him that went into the freezer and said something like “I forgot she was in there!” but it was Ryan who cut Corbetts throat.
I’m only so sure about it as I watched the whole lot in the past 2 weeks!

I think I block out throats being cut. I find it really traumatic to watch.

What happened to Lisa in the end of series 5? I think it's the one series I didn't really pay proper attention to (and it shows!).

Was it witness protection? I don't really recall much of it either!

We don't actually know who is heading up the UCG, Lisa seemed high up but she's now reformed, miloslav (sp?) Is dead and Ryan is now in the force. Before it was Tommy pulling the strings but who replaced him?
