Is anyone else looking forward to this? Once it finishes, The Falcon And The Winter Soldier starts, and then Louise after that. After 2020 being a Marvel-less year I am quite excited for a big dose of MCU escapism.

Late to the party thread! I'm loving Wandavision though I found the first two episodes tedious 😍

@LemonViolet at the end of Captain Marvel the Skrulls are going to find more survivors scattered around, that was the mid 90s so feasible that their numbers would have swelled by this point.

@LemonViolet for along time I wondered how they will introduce the xmen into the mcu I figured a seperate universe since they have so much history and could easily be r rated.
But if they bring them in clean then westview could be where they come from mutated by the hex.

Rumour has it that the last 3 episodes will be quite a bit longer than the first 6. I do hope so.

Oh yay! They are all so short I feel like you’re just getting into and it’s over, especially the last few. And the fact that there’s like 7 minute of credits for each one!

It’s WV day!!! I have a day off today and DP doesn’t start work till 11 so we’re having a breakfast-in-bed WandaVision lay-in

Only thing is I’m awake way early and now can’t get back to sleep.

I’ve been rewatching Agents of Shield. There’s a whole alternate reality plot in s4 where Coulson talks about the mind altering blue soap they use...HYDRASOAK. The advert in WV says “escape to a world all your own, where your problems just float away,” which is the Framework idea in Shield.

I love how many nuggets there are scattered through the MCU.

Just watched Iron Man and Iron Man 2 yesterday. Was nice to hear Vision’s first incarnation as JARVIS the slightly sarcastic AI. Named after Edwin Jarvis, Howard Stark’s butler of course, who I’ve just watched in the Agent Carter series. Yup, do appreciate all the interconnectedness!

Ooh I think I started typing that at 7.59 (feeding cats got in the way!!) it’s up now!!!

Twitter praying for Magneto. I think the beast or Reed Richards would be good.

I’m going to stick with Magneto, and firmly anchoring the X-universe as canon alt dimension with MCU.
