That was very upsetting and disturbing when Katy did that bit acting out that she would say he forced himself on her. I hope he does go to the police. It's gonna be very difficult for Linda to let him do it in his own time.

@Chienloup 👏🤣 his squinting and slowed voice is irritating.

There were a couple of funny moments though. Mac's blimp and Kat saying she would slap Phil's bald head across the room 😂

Yesterday he managed well with his voice acting, but not with his face.

I don't agree with this (and I must confess it surprised me!). I thought the pain and bewilderment in his face was very real. Also, at times he seemed to retreat back into a lost 12 year old boy.

Usually he is rubbish but not this time, IMO.

I'm glad mick finally told linda what's been going on. Although I would love to know how the vics insurers havent insisted on a fort Knox type door to the roof with the amount of randoms have been up there over the years not to mention the ones that fell off.

Until we saw the photo of Mick with Katie and Tina I thought he would be one of those bigger and more physically mature 12 year old boys. But he was tiny and really young looking. No way would Katie be believed that she was overpowered and taped by him.

Kat has issues with men because of her past abuse, but in the case of Derek Branning he really pressured her to carry on the affair, it was a pretty toxic thing.

It was probably his best acting, the build up and breakdown.

I watched last nights episode and cried all the way through ( anything's setting me off atm).
The flashback of little Mick showed him to be a little boy - a really little boy. So when Katy said she would say he overpowered her I was a bit 🤨

I agree. It was really painful to watch and very moving . Katy omg chills down my spine when she did the pretending she was raped and then snapped back to her normal self

I think DDs problem is that he is playing himself when he is Mick and so its difficult to tell when he is acting but he nailed that.
I was cheering him on when he confronted her !

Kat ends up with men who use her and vice versa until Kush who is a good un ,now a bad un which I find really annoying!

There was a one hour episode last night. I think alot of us thought it was Saturday and got caught out!!

How do people even get up to the flat above the Vic? There should be no access possible to any members of the public. I've never ever seen a pub where you could wander up the stairs to the open residential area above 😖

With the Vic it is at least through a door behind (and next to?) the bar. Not that it stops people going through to the back or into the barrel store with alarming regularity.

You can at my local spanish, it’s literally a door next to the toilet.

And they don't have a lockable door at the top of the stairs? I can't get my head around why anyone living above a pub would be comfortable with that 😖

@soupdragon there's also the swing door beside the bottom of the stairs, though. Literally anyone can go through that

I'm still worried about baby Abi, who appears to have been forgotten by both Max and Rainie. Maybe she's with Cherry, who was with the Skaters then too was forgotten until after lockdown when the scriptwriters remembered to slip in a line about her being returned to Hayley.
