Couldn't see a new thread so started this one. So we're now into a show of two halves, edited together - pre and post lockdown! Who's shouting "before" "after" at each scene?

There’s ways to film, different camera angles, actor positioning and props etc that can make it look like two people are closer together but it’s a lot more time consuming and they’re probably just trying to get as many episodes done as possible to get back to normal viewing schedule.

Sally and Tim rowed, with Tim doing a proper Mardy flounce that would probably be called abuse and controlling behaviour if Sally was on MN..

Yes, Tim the bigamist and truly shit dad of Faye whose own dad is an abusive fuck that Tim never noticed apparently and who can't be arsed to find out who his own mother might be, thinks that Sally is out of order for giving some wedding money that they won't need back to Yasmeen's family and now he won't eat his hot pot.

Sarah still being in love with Gary is unbelievable (especially when she has Adam). It’s obviously just made to fit in with the Rick storyline, it doesn’t ring true, she’s spent months and months showing that she’s not at all in love with him.

Instead of bringing back the "mean girl ", they should have brought back the girl at the depression support group, who spoke so movingly about her struggle to bond with her baby daughter. Would have been far more interesting.

Those sausages had been in and out the packet and held up, they were probably rank by the time Leanne cooked them!

I agree too, Clawdy. I don't really want a story about yet another penitent woman in Corrie right now. It's like the writers have got a theme going.

Well social distancing is going to nip Daniel's visits to the sex worker in the bud.

It makes all new romance difficult, not just cardi hugging.

They could dress a manequin up in the cardi for the scenes where he hugs the cardi! 🤣🤣

I hope the Daniel/sex worker scenes are dead in the water now, that was just ridiculous and another filler type story.

What I cannot get my head round is Sarah even hinting she loves Gary compared to her husband (he is still a husband isn't he? Do they live together yet?)

I quite like Sarah and Adam together, but I do wish they had their own place and acted like a family. You never see Adam with Harry, even before lockdown, and it's not like he has any other father figure.
