Anyone watching? The Sydney couple are never going to last. She’s so annoying, surely just on it to get on tv??

Have their ever been a couple from these shows that have stayed married?

I thought exactly the same thing about his ears!

Loving this show, so cringe and heartwarming at the same time. I thought Anthony looked more like a very slim, younger version of Martin kemp rather than Andrew Ridgley ( though similar era 🙂)

Is it just me, or do the experts match on the basis of what the man ‘needs’ and how the woman can ‘understand’ him. It seems very biased in terms of putting men with women who can make them better people, rather than putting well rounded people together....... seems like the women get a bit of a rubbish deal.......

Maybe there's an idea ear quota in happy relationships... So Big Ears needs a Little Lobes else they exceed the... yeah I have no idea either.

Maid of Horror there, but she seemed to figure it out a bit. The program probably shows the worst bits for a lot of drama, too.

To be fair the bridesmaid does come round to him after getting off her high horse and talking to him.

I can’t see Martin Kemp myself. Martin has piercing blue eyes and a longer chin imo.

Not liking Debbie- she and a clear picture of what she wanted, she shouldn't have come on this programme!

Hmmmn... I think it's ok to have a specific idea of who you want to meet in real life (to a point) but if you're going to tell strangers to match you up with someone for a telly program surely you should be prepared for the possibility it might not happen? Surely for most of them, they're asking for help essentially because their methods haven't worked!? So... let it go and trust? Debbie might be in for a bumpy ride.

Yes a shock ending. My husband said the experts said she was a bit flighty in their initial description. I do remember them saying they thought he might suit/calm her (remember thinking that was a change). She shouldn’t even have told her child if she was going to run off. Poor lad, she’ll do his head in, he’ll have no model for a good relationship!

And yes, if you put your trust in someone else to fix you up then of course you’re not going to get your usual type. Otherwise what was the point of going on the programme? Debbie seems as stupid as you can get. He seemed nice and deserved better.

You’d think that the experts might throw in the odd couple of relatively normal people that might stand a chance rather than have them all be weird!

I don't like Debbie. She'd be hard work on a daily basis. John is such a nice guy, deserves someone better.

What happened to Lauren?! Did she actually do a runner? Or did something happen to her son and she just went off without even saying anything? Why wasn't her son at the wedding or at the reception?

I agree, a strange thing to do with a young son, at only 31. But I thought she clicked with Andrew!

I didn't realise this is actually an old programme- I did a bit of googling and found articles about Lauren and Andrew from 3 years ago! I won't say what I found as don't want to spoil it for anyone.

Did I miss something - why was Debbie so convinced that John was going to be Polynesian and then so unimpressed when he wasn't?!

I think Debbie was expecting someone Polynesian purely because she’s probably told the experts that’s her type. As my husband said, her type hasn’t worked for her so far anyway. Time to embrace a change.

No idea what happened to Lauren. Didn’t it say they went to a bar and he turned round and she’d gone? I couldn’t remember, but my husband said the experts said at the beginning that she had a history of running away and they hoped her match would stabilise her.

I think tonight’s will be good. On the clip shown last night, one identical twin’s match looked much better looking than the other’s.

No spoilers please! I struggle enough watching it an hour after the majority of you.
