Hope I haven’t jumped the gun, but the old thread was getting quite full.

I’ve just been browsing the

and trying to work out what sewing machines they were using at home. I always do that when a magazine has a feature about one if the contestants.
I think Therese has the same Juki machine as I have and she’s also got the mini quilter too. Lucky lass.

Also, do you think that maybe either Therese or that slightly annoying bloke Peter might have won this year as they also have Juliet, the winner from the last series in this group?

I think I could possible wear Therese's. The rest... not so much.

Soup with sleeves that big and loose, can you even notice them being back to front?

He did bloody well to make something of it. I'd have been a weeping mess and thrown it away!

Nicole had nightmares in the first rounds, Matt messed up the last.

If in doubt make it bigger, you can always take it in but its harder to add more.

Matt got saved by his jacket I think. Had he messed that up, he would have gone home.

If Theresa hadn't messed up her first couple so badly I think she could have got garment of the week and stayed. But they couldn't have her save herself like that twice.

I was told when trying to pad my dress form to use shoulder pads to add fat....

I didn't like Claire's at all. I just didn't think that colour velvet worked with the shiny silver. Black velvet might have been ok.
