Hope I haven’t jumped the gun, but the old thread was getting quite full.

I’ve just been browsing the

and trying to work out what sewing machines they were using at home. I always do that when a magazine has a feature about one if the contestants.
I think Therese has the same Juki machine as I have and she’s also got the mini quilter too. Lucky lass.

Also, do you think that maybe either Therese or that slightly annoying bloke Peter might have won this year as they also have Juliet, the winner from the last series in this group?

Ladies. 3 metres of fabric arrived today. Do I make:

A) dungarees (simple Made By Jacks Mum ones)

B) skirt (simple Tilly and the Buttons one)

If it's a sturdy fabric I'd make the dungarees but that's just because I want some.

I'm very much looking forward to this week's episode. I have been making my own knickers for a while now as I love boxer styles shorts (e.g. Boux Avenue, George etc) but they seem to be going out of fashion in the shops. Since I found the stitch sisters video my gussets improved

I have been trying to figure out how to make a bra that is simple to make and comfortable to wear. I'm getting past underwires I'm afraid.

I'd need considerably bigger cups. The fabric is fab though.

I was just thinking that. Half my tit would be squishing out the sides.

Why unpick when it's quicker to cut a new piece?

How do they make mistakes, surely you'd check and double check?

Checking in. I had to catch up on iPlayer last week - Me and DH were watching something else last week.

I would love to make my own bras, but mine are more in the serious construction type that require a lot of seam work and fabric to hold everythink in place. Those basque cups wouldn't even threaten my nipples!

Haha half a hanging boob. All I would get out of those cups are nipple covers.

I have nae tits and they look too small even for me!

How have they not mentioned Drag yet?

I'd love to make my own underwear but where on earth do you get fabric from?

Also Marsalimay what pattern do you use because I love that style too
