But I'll forgive them the dodgy look because he's still got that cheeky humour and the way he raises that eyebrow! His giggles when the mannequin was "farting"

Wolfcub · 22/04/2020 21:28

Hmm never wise not to change the garment enough

Itsabitmessy · 22/04/2020 21:28

Am sad about Patrick’s hairdo

SoupDragon · 22/04/2020 21:29

There appear to be some monstrosities here!

Itsabitmessy · 22/04/2020 21:30

Whoa some of these look horrific

Haggisfish · 22/04/2020 21:30

Peruvian?!

CaptainMyCaptain · 22/04/2020 21:30

Can't say I'm impressed with any of them but the original shirts were quite boring.

Haggisfish · 22/04/2020 21:30

Love the fork trick. And the huge diversity of people and lifestyles it shows.

Wolfcub · 22/04/2020 21:31

That sleeveless tunic looks a bit like the tabard I used to wear in my Saturday job when I was a teenager

CaptainMyCaptain · 22/04/2020 21:31

The mini skirt is probably the least horrible.

FreezerBird · 22/04/2020 21:31

Hello you lot. Quite enjoying so far, but I always find the first few episodes where there are loads of them less interesting as we don't see enough of the construction for lack of time.

Jellykat · 22/04/2020 21:32

You can so tell Peter is into Viv Westwood

RedDiamond · 22/04/2020 21:33

OH NO!!! I have missed it. I shall have to watch IPlayer now.

MonsteraCheeseplant · 22/04/2020 21:33

These are tragic.

MonsteraCheeseplant · 22/04/2020 21:33

Actually I like the saucy skirt.

dillite · 22/04/2020 21:34

I think that the giant back zip one is the best. The others are too dull and lack creativity.

Wolfcub · 22/04/2020 21:34

I think the fringed skirt is shapeless

CaptainMyCaptain · 22/04/2020 21:34

First place! That's awful. It's not even clothes.

Bouledeneige · 22/04/2020 21:36

Love this show. I'm always a fan. I didn't really like the transformation because I dont really love shirt fabric. But Mr Drapey Beard deserved to win.

Haggisfish · 22/04/2020 21:36

I thought the first place was hideous too.

SoupDragon · 22/04/2020 21:37

I thought it was hideous but what they are after is creativity and a real transformation.

CaptainMyCaptain · 22/04/2020 21:38

I think it ought to be something wearable though.

dillite · 22/04/2020 21:38

It was hideous but it was the most creative in terms of the shirt and detail use. That 90 minute challenge is all about it.

Oooh, I have wanted to make a tea-dress for ages. I shall watch their pattern choices very carefully.

Jellykat · 22/04/2020 21:38

Bloody love a tea dress me..

fourquenelles · 22/04/2020 21:39

Mind if I join you? I have the sewing skills of a whelk but have been hand sewing a lot during lock down (no machine). I just LOVE fabric. I would have a fabric room if I could.
