OK so I followed the link Roussette posted and am I right in thinking Therese (one of the older ladies) made the floral tea dress that was lined? That was lovely - my absolute favourite. I predict this lady will do well

Yes 5foot5 she has wonderful grey hair, and I loved that dress too, soooo classy

My favourite trouser but very difficult to find in the shops

Absolutely fourquenelles, i've been looking for decent polka dot ones (or the fabric) for ages.. i want a real decent weight fabric NOT bloody polyester!

I have always wanted a pair of palazzo pants, but due to having an arse flatter than a pancake, trousers isn't something that I can wear without looking like The Penguin from Batman.

I so need the cartoon bit for every pattern I want to sew! I have many palazzo pants patterns-I just need to make them now...

Not sure there is much "waft" in a wax fabric - a bit heavy I think

I was thinking that - the waxed one will be a bit stiff.

I wear palazzo pants with a flat bum because I'm brazen like that.

I like the wax print. The fabric gets softer as it washes but that won't help in the challenge.

How are they fastened on the wasteband if the zip only goes up the main trouser?
