I have no idea what programme you are talking about but a friend of mine met JD in RL (didn't want to but at same work party), apparently was as much of a racist bigot as he showed himself to be in his acts.

I got on really well wit a woman in the playground until she told me she was going to see Jim D. live.

Couldn't quite grasp why anyoen who seemed so nice and clever would do such a thing. She didn't mention that it was for some kind of social research or look embarrassed or explain that it was under duress or anything, so I can only assume she was going of her own free will in order to be entertained.

My opinion of her absolutely plummeted and has never quite recovered.

I'm getting a bit sick of people looking down on people who like Jim. Everyone is entitled to their likes and dislikes and Brian totally played the homophobic card. Jim may have some unPC ideas, but he was entertaining people before some of those "celebrities" were even born. How many lifeboats has Abby Clancy bought? How many war zones has Brian Dowling been to? How many troops has Adele Silva entertained at her own expense? I think you'll find the answer to those questions is a Big Fat Zero!! Just my opinion!!
