What did I watch?

The music videos absolutely floored me! how amazing were they? Cat lady and her husband sitting gushing over their video while the film maker was sitting trying to hold in all the cringe

That funeral speech! who the hell jokes about their husbands testicles at their funeral??? With his mum there? And why wasn’t his mum appalled? (Was she high? She looked high) and then the singing? It was at this point I decided it was definitely all staged and they were actors. But no. It’s all real.

What about sleazy McMaster crook Lowe sleazing over the new nanny right to his pregnant wife’s face! Ewww. How are women attracted to these men?

We just binge watched this. OMG, compulsive viewing. Every time there was a slo mo shot of Carole on her bike or swinging her hair I pissed myself laughing.

They're all crazy.

I thought I wouldn't get into this, God was I wrong! When you think it can't get any more bizarre someone inexplicably comes along on a jet ski, or gets in a bath, half dressed.

Those poor chimpanzees he had, I could cry. No one could look and not think they were doing those lovely animals an injustice by keeping them how he did.

They sound like a shower of scumbags. You couldn't pay me to watch this shit. And I don't mean that in a holier than thou way ... not with some of my TV tastes But anything with animal abuse is a no no for me. It's just too traumatic.

@dieu it's not full of animal abuse footage, it's mentioned mostly. Just watch the first episode and see how intriguing this all is. I didn't think I'd be able to watch it either, but so glad I did.

It took me a while to get through this as I felt so sad for the animals that I wasn't sure if I wanted to watch the rest. But I have finished watching it now.

I feel like I am in minority but I do not think Carole killed her 2nd husband. Now there is something going on there thats a bit shady but it seems the husband was just as bad as the other exotic animal men in this show and had some shady businessess. Doubt she would have ever been able to kill him on her own, she had been in one abusive marriage and I got the sense the 2nd one was very much abusive too. I would not be surprised if she was just relieved he dissapeared and thats where all that laughing is coming from. I didn't like her though, I think she was definitely just as power and fame hungry. But she did not kill Don.

The most disgusting man in the show for me was Doc Antle. Cult leader praying on young women and controlling them to the point were they changed their names because he wanted the women to be more exotic too and pretty much forcing plastic surgery on them. All the women looked so uncomfortable. Interesting how when the latest husband of Joe was reading out the documents of who had done what someone shut him up about Antle and they pushed the papers away. He is obviously dangerous man and he was the only one that actually seemed smart enough to not get caught on the stuff he is up to.

Rest of them were bad too and none of them cared about the animals (apart from some of the poor staff). And even if Carole is fighting for the animals with the bill I really don't think she truly cares either. She just wants to be seen in a certain way and wants to be the only one who has the right to have big cats.
