Pharmacist, nurse. That's my point, no one really knows or cares. Last year Sarah was in the depths of depression having killed a man and was unable up function. The smarmy man was mean to Michelle who is Ryan's mammy, and also Dr Ali's mammy, except they both have the other mammy too. So obviously Ryan will hate him. Is Maria putting two and two together? Could the baby be Dr Ali's or did we not explore that? Can she be sure of her dates?
