The thing I don't understand is I'm sure you need some form of qualification to be a head librarian, which she apparently has already achieved and been a head librarian off the back of...at 19?
I mean, we've all heard of child geniuses but surely this is bullshit...

Apparently you need a degree and an MA in librarianship or librarian science... So that means Lottie would have starter her degree at 14? 3 year degree, 1 year MA then to actually get a job and be librarian by the time she applied for the show...

The librarians I know have degrees and even librarianship qualifications.

I can’t believe I’m going to say this but I think Lottie is a victim of unkind editing. She is always shown smirking at others misfortune or looking down her nose at things. I do look forward to her being shredded in the interviews though. What is her business plan about?

My MIL has worked in a library for over a decade and she still won't call herself a librarian as she isn't qualified as one, it's another title she uses that I can't remember.

So basically Mark Wright tweeted a story about RM eating McDonald's with a knife and fork and basically calling him a fame seeking arsehole, which Lottie then retweeted. So RM called her out saying that she was only pissed cos the story wasn't about her and called her a shameful human. She replied basically saying he was only on the show for fame. He said that the whole house knew what her real intentions were and told her to get back to her school library. She said all he did was prance about to make the public love him, whereas she had had two enterprises and he's just jealous, then went on to say she'll go back to her library and he can go back to Harrods and pretend he can afford to shop there. She also says that her mummy and daddy didn't hand her anything in life and she worked for it all.

Pam irritates me. She says very little and lets the others hang themselves. Her constant hair swishing annoys me too. However I think it doesn’t matter how any of them perform in tasks. Since Suralan changed from employing the candidate to investing in their business, he will always go for the most established business that will make him a profit. Pam has an an established business and she will probably win despite her shit leadership and decision making skills. If she doesn’t win, she has gained huge publicity for her business and herself particularly in Iteland where the pool is small and she will have gained ‘tv celebrity’ status.

I like Scarlett but her business plan is a vague recruitment one which can be easily copied and she won’t win.

Carina wants to expand her bakery? There was a cupcake business candidate in a previous final but Suralan didn’t think he could expand it enough to make profit so she won’t win.

Lewis is a motivational speaker? Not sure what his business model is but a one man show is high risk.
