So we know she is dead

Will we find out who killed her

Was it boyfriend ?

Have hazy memory of last episode

May have to rewatch

Not sure what plot they can use for this series

I agree with PPs, not enjoying the Joanie segments. It’s like Alison Lite, another screwed up female character. Yawn.

Helen has made a huge mistake rushing into a thing with that actor dude, he makes my flesh crawl. I’m enjoying watching Noah freak out about it though.

Don’t like that camp Co Principal character. He is going to be trouble for Noah. How did Noah end up in a diner with him??

Blondeshavemorefun · 16/09/2019 14:23

I hope this is the last series .....

Can you imagine if they do a Joanie and her kids in the future series

OP posts:
InvisibleWomenMustBeRead · 16/09/2019 23:42

The Joanie sections are really confusing me - hope they all come good in the end!

Figgygal · 17/09/2019 21:22

Agree I don't understand the point of the Joanie section

EachandEveryone · 17/09/2019 21:54

Wheres the older son?

Nonstopbuttmachine · 17/09/2019 21:56

I've started watching series 1 again from the beginning. My god, what a prick Noah is.

I doubt anyone can have an ounce of sympathy for that man, back then or now.

EachandEveryone · 17/09/2019 23:11

I enjoyed tonight. Whitney is quite stunning to watch. As soon as Joanies name came up I went to bed. She does nothing for me.

Figgygal · 18/09/2019 09:50

Trevor has gone off to university I think

This season is crap I'll hang on until the end but I don't know why they're dragging it out season after season

Span1elsRock · 18/09/2019 13:52

I'm really enjoying this season. The writing is terrific, and almost makes me want to forgive them for the atrocity that was the season set in Paris.

The only person I'm not sure about is Anna Paquin..... I don't know why, I just can't warm to her as an actress.

ViserionTheDragon · 18/09/2019 15:56

I'm still enjoying it, though some of it is uncomfortable to watch. The Whitney perspective was brilliant. What nationality was her fiance meant to be again? Scottish? His accent is very dodgy.

I like Anna Paquin, that's probably the only reason I'm able to watch the Joanie segments.

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/09/2019 12:58

I like Anna due to true blood

She was also in a film where was trying to sell a house and hubby goes a bit loopy

Noah and knickers in SACHA bed - twat

So we know Cole is dead. Tho assume only just as died in 2053
Ages 74

Not sure what age Cole had Joanie. Trying to work out how old she is

And what year the future bits are set in

House didn’t look to bad tho assume maybe year after he died

Naughty Whitney

OP posts:
ihatethecold · 20/09/2019 16:59

Whitney just looks exploited left, right and centre. Fiancé, Gallery owner and now Furcat and his wanking mate!!

Loopytiles · 20/09/2019 17:06

Like anna paquin but she’s too well known for the role IMO.

Yes, Noah being a prick, again!

Helen not v responsible to mix her new bf and DC so soon.

Am fed up of all the exploitative/anti women sex scenes

MerryDeath · 20/09/2019 17:25

will be watching this mostly for old times sake!

jardy · 20/09/2019 21:52

Enjoyed latest episode much more than the last.
Whitney terrific.
I love looking at the scenery.
Don't like the Joanie stuff.
They seem to be flogging it to death now but still find it a great series to watch.
Used to think Noah was hot but now think he's a bit of a creep.
Think I will watch Series 1 and 2 again, best telly ever.
I've kept up my Sky sub partly because of this series and DEFINITELY after Series 1

Nonstopbuttmachine · 21/09/2019 12:57

I'm actually really enjoying season one again, completely forgotten about the whole Scotty storyline! Whitney is an amazing character though and so well acted.

Wondering what has happened to Cole in series 5 though, has he taken his own life? Sad

Blondeshavemorefun · 21/09/2019 21:35

@Nonstopbuttmachine I just assumed he died of old age /illness

I might watch s1again and obv we know now who killed sorry - the huuuuuuuuuge plot of s1 as well as affairs

It may make viewing different

OP posts:
ihatethecold · 22/09/2019 08:41

What was the date on Cole’s headstone?

Blondeshavemorefun · 22/09/2019 13:39

1979 - 2053 - making him think 74

OP posts:
ihatethecold · 22/09/2019 21:53

So maybe he died naturally rather than in a dramatic fashion

ConfCall · 22/09/2019 22:48

I’m enjoying it. Could do without the weekly gratuitous nipples though. It’s worse than GoT for that!

frazzledtofook · 26/09/2019 14:11

I'm a fan, but I have to say I'm getting close to my switch off point. In fact, I think I only half watch now to see just how ridiculous it can become.

lazymum99 · 26/09/2019 17:21

There was no Joni section this week.
I’m enjoying it. I like the houses, the ridiculous characters etc. Don’t take it seriously.

SarahBeeney · 28/09/2019 08:05

I've watched 5 episodes of series 5 on Nowtv and now there are no more!

Will they show one a week now til the series ends?

I think it's been brilliant, although also not keen on the Joanie/future storylines.
