Cassie designs for the Addams family.

They are really struggling to be positive about Cassie. I feel bad for Frank and that he wasn't able to finish.

I'm so gutted for Ju. Cassie has been carried through by others in this competition.

Ju was robbed. Absolutely robbed. Frank didn't even finish his scheme and still got through.

I'm a bit baffled, surely at this stage you would judge based on the entire competition and not just the current challenge?

I kind of warmed to Frank and Cassie during this challenge, but I'm not sure I'll watch the next series. Too many missed opportunities to see what good designers could do as they've gone too early.

She listened to Mr "Tarts Palace" too much.

I don’t know if it’s the edit but Frank just comes across as a really horrible person. I assume they’re all trying to gain notoriety and work from this but I certainly wouldn’t want to employ him

How did Frank not go home when his design wasn't even finished?

Ju's design really didn't seem practical or comfortable.

Once he realised how long the tiling was going to take, Frank should have kept it to a smaller area. There wasn't any need to cover so much of the wall.

I was stunned at the houses of the younger 2. I was expecting them to be living with their parents, not own expensive looking places.

It wasn't Ju's best work, but it was still better than the funeral home Cassie did, and she finished.

Not sure any hit their brief and lacked insight and polish. I actually liked the basket tile effect but agree it was over ambitious and unfinished. Are any of the salons still fully as left I wonder. Disappointing final 2.

I agree that the paint job colour was fairly rubbish, I wouldn't like working with those walls all day and every day fgs. ( let alone how impractical) in Cassie's and the red curtains too. But there were proper mirrors, and she reused a lot of furniture , it looked nice and old fashioned.

Ju's looked like a Tea shop again!!! Silly little mirrors. She's a bit dim IMO.

Frank is such drama queen. His lighting was heavily OTT. let alone the electricity bills. The client must have groaned inwardly. Those plastic jelly beans on the window and in that light WTF!!!!!! They'd have melted !!!!! would be the first things to go if it'd been my shop!!!

Cassie's was the best of a bad lot IMO !!!!

What a disappointment this show has turned out to be. Cassie has been carried through.. she only has one style ! She even said the salon brief was written for her. Why are they so keen for her to do well?

Even if Frank's salon was finished, it was actually a bit boring? Didn't look any different to any other salon on the high street.

Ju's didn't perform her best but hers had the most creativity I thought. And she has been the strongest pretty much throughout. Nicky shouldn't have gone last week and Ju shouldn't have gone this week. What a joke.

I don't agree, Ju's designs are all the same, she doesn't seem to listen to the client, that ugly bench would have been very uncomfortable too. The mirrors were daft. I like to be able to see my hair properly in the hairdresser.

At least Cassie's mirrors were good.

For me they all seem to be focused on their own preferences and 'pretty ideas' and lack true interior designer knowledge about satisfying budgets and briefs. It's no good faffing about with adapting lighting if you haven't costed in the tradesman's time properly and it doesn't fit how it should either. Same with choosing a basket weave pattern for tiles with a bevelled edge.

Reluctantly I do think this week Cassie fulfilled the design brief best, albeit that it was tailor made for her personal style. Whether it had the right criteria for the working environment didn't seem to be important.

I thought Ju's finished salon looked very amateur and uncomfortable.
None of them seemed to start from the point of a client walking through the door and feeling welcome and relaxed.

Had higher hopes for this episode and it let me down. The series has the distinct feel of people playing at it, rather than people who could transfer into a professional role.

I thought Frank would get through although I don't think he deserves it.
Cassie though, lucked out totally on the restaurant team last week and also got lucky with a client who wanted an old fashioned look this week.

Do we have any Whistable insiders that can go peer in the windows to see if they've stayed the same??
