The meatball dish has fairly intuitive steps. The lobster sauce not so much.

Now then. I'm not feeling it tonight. Came home with violent stomach pain then chucked up a load of bile. So food not a priority. Especially seafood. 😺.. Cannot believe Marta has never made seafood sauce, what with coming from the south and that. Greg is pissing me off.
